GoogleJust want to say Centro have been incredibly helpful and informative during our property search. Particularly our lettings negotiator Amy Alborough. Amy and the team have really looked after us and made the process for our tenancy nice, quick and easy which is really helpful when you are struggling for time and trying to squeeze in viewings. I recently received excellent service from Reece and the team at Centro. After 25 years in the US I'm moving to the UK (Epsom area) and needed some extra help navigating the UK rental process. Reece was excellent in helping me to secure the property, and it's a big relief to already have somewhere to live when I arrive. Reece is calm, to the point, and gets things done. I heartily recommend him.

GoogleVery happy with the service at Centro from Arran and Reece. Both polite lads and conducted my move quickly and efficiently. Arran was very helpful when it came to dealing with a couple issues with the gas and electricity. Overall happy with the service

GoogleI have had some issues with Centro but they appear to have resolved so all is potentially good now. Shame they don't advise residents when long overdue maintenance slips by their contractor and when a customer calls the contractor after being ignored by Centro their owner Mr Harwood advises calling them by me was "out of court" appauling statement so customer care is not on his agender. As such have to retract my first sentence as would never recommend Centro from my estates total lack of maintenance for coming on 3 years and they clearly do not adhere to their web site promises so regulator needs to audit soonest.

On 5 February 2022, Mr Martin made similar comments alleging that Centro Plc were responsible to arrange for his previous website comments on Google to “continually disappear”. On 9 February 2022, Centro wrote to Mr Martin confirming that Centro Plc “are not deleting or manipulating your reviews on a third party website. You may wish to contact Google for further advice on this matter as this contains your review on their platform/website on which Centro Plc have no control over”. It is questionable that Mr Martin has taken that advice as Centro would depend on Google to confirm that his allegations were untrue. However, he gets on to his same hobby horse repeating his theme of “comments mysteriously disappear again”. Mr Martin is one of 122 owners of property on the Estate on which he continually endeavours to indicate he represents the opinions of all those others on the development. He is absolutely right, there is an AGM awaited and there has not been one for three years brought about by the pandemic circumstances and it having been found that the Zoom principle of holding meetings was not suited to Lessee type companies.

GoogleA big thank you to Morgan & team Centro at the Commercial Sales. I highly recommend Centro. They have worked incredibly hard and to a very high standard during the lockdown. I had seen how hard they worked for the seller, doing all the right checks on me and at the same time being very professional, responsive with advise and guidance to me the buyer. GoogleThe entire process has been an absolute pleasure. Reece Bage and colleagues from Centro were highly professional in their communications. Reece was polite and patient, addressed all our queries and did exactly what he said he would do, responded to emails, returned calls, took our calls and followed up. The customer service has been helpful, professional, and responsive whenever I’ve needed assistance. Arran and Reece have been very helpful and kind. Overall, a positive and straightforward renting experience.
