I instructed Centro to sell a commercial shop premises for me in Surrey. I dealt with Morgan throughout the process and found him to be knowledgeable and competent. Being an ex estate agent myself I understood the process well. He found a buyer within a few days and the sale was completed within a few weeks. We had a few bumps along the way but got there in the end. Overall I would recommend Morgan and Centro.

We have been working with Morgan Perez and Centro on the leasing out of one of our buildings and a new lease on our current HQ and Morgan and his team have excelled throughout and have been an absolute joy to work with. We will certainly be using them again in the future.

Great service, fast response. Rented the property with Centro, Liam helps contacting the landlord and always respond quickly. Somehow the informations feels more helpful than other agency (cuz my friend went for another agency and the respond was not as quickly and blurry). It really helps me and my husband to feel less stress since it's the first apartment we looked for in Sutton. Will definitely come back for their advice if need to look for new place!

I have used Centro to let my flat for 4 years. As a landlord client, my feeling is, Centro has a fantastic team, whenever you need them, they are there with you. Particularly, I would like to say a big thank you to Arran. Arran did a great work in my recent flat's rewiring. He helped me negotiate with the electricians and my tenants, and got this complex rewiring project arranged well. I really appreciated Centro's fabulous, professional service! Highly Recommend!

Working with Morgan Pérez at Centro to find a space for our workshop, wasn’t an easy task, but Morgan was up for the challenge. From the beginning, Morgan and Centro understood what we needed and kept us in the loop as they searched for the right space. Even when we hit some bumps along the way, Morgan didn’t give up and found us a fantastic workshop that went beyond our expectations. Morgan’s dedication and hard work made the whole process smooth and successful. We highly recommend Morgan Pérez to anyone looking for a reliable and professional estate agent.

After being unsuccessful finding a tenant for my property myself I went to Centro in Sutton to see if they could help. Arran Leggett and Reece Bage were excellent; Arran leapt into action straight away, organising viewings and securing tenants for me within a very short timeframe. The circumstances are very difficult at the moment, so, while I usually source my own tenants, I was pleased to be able to share this burden with true professionals. Arran and Reece are great communicators and I was kept informed of all progress in a timely manner. Phone calls were returned without fail and I am really very impressed with the service at Centro. Thankyou for making a difficult and uncertain time so much better than it could have been.PositiveProfessionalism

I work in the property industry and therefore have very high expectations when buying property through fellow commercial agents. I dealt with Morgan Perez and found him highly professional and efficient. He understood my investment requirements within minutes of meeting me and knew exactly how to make a complex purchase seemingly simple. he was a class act I must say. There were many bumps in the road and Morgan was respectful and calm throughout while skillfully negotiating between seller and buyer to identify the best compromise(s) for all parties. I highly recommend Centro as a Commercial estate agent.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I had the good fortune to deal with Paul Harwood some years ago for the sale of 2 commercial premises in the Sutton area. The whole process was incredibly positive throughout, Centro were a pleasure to deal with, I was well informed throughout the process, the fees represent excellent value, both sales were smooth and professional, far outstripping the 'competition' on all fronts. It was a no brainer to get back in touch with Centro more recently when it came time to let a residential property in the area. This time dealing with Arran Leggett. Arran was extremely responsive, appraised the property, agreed the rental value and laid out the service fees for management. I was not immediately ready to let the property, Arran maintained contact consistently and without pressure. When it was finally time to proceed, service again was very prompt and incredibly, the property was let within 2 days. As a newly refurbed property there were a few teething issues, Arran helped get everything sorted, he went above and beyond to ensure both tenant and landlord were satisfied. The office team are very efficient and provided great support throughout. From the perspective of my 3 dealings with Centro, I would have no hesitation in using or recommending them again. As a business director myself, it is crystal clear, the positive atmosphere and service level in this firm is systemic, undoubtedly the tone is set from the top, and carried forward by an incredibly competent team . If I was the owner of Centro, I'd be extremely proud of the results of what I know is a great deal of work. Well done and thanks again all.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I am writing to extend my deepest thanks for the exceptional support provided during our recent commercial lease matter. Especially, Morgan who is our letting agent, his expertise and willingness to help at every stage were truly invaluable to us. I am particularly grateful for the services he provided, which were crucial in completing the matters we faced. It has been a pleasure working with Morgan, and I look forward to any future opportunities to collaborate again with Morgan. Morgan is the best agent I have ever met. Thank you once again for everything.

On entering the office of Cento Sutton branch I was greeted warmly by the receptionist she was so welcoming and made me feel so at ease we spoke for a short time and she introduced me to a letting agent Arran. He was so knowledgeable about lettings and came over as genuine as the other estate agencies I visited on the Road where criticising other estate agents which I found off putting unprofessional and also not trust worthy which I told them but in visiting Centro I had none of that which made me feel more relaxed. Arran gave me all the options and advice which saved me a lot of money as I would have done things a lot diffrent and wrong and he supported me through the process he was always available for my calls which was a lot as this was new to me and at times i was panicing and he was reassuring and advised me what to do. We went through the process quickly and it was such a great outcome. I can't thank him enough and the company definitely 5 stars it should be 6 stars as Arran went above and beyond.

I placed my commercial property up for sale towards the end of 2019 ready for a sale completion in 2020. All went to plan and ended very well. Morgan and Centro was professional, smart, to the point and gave good advice on how to get the best price for the same of my offices. With 3 weeks of marketing the premises was under offer and the timing of both my exchange and completion fitted in perfectly with my requirements. I would highly recommend Centro commercial for the sale of commercial properties.PositiveQuality

I’ve spoken to a lot of agents in the past and Centro is by far the best! Such quick response, answered my constant questions and the team weren’t pushy at all. I needed a quick move and Arron was amazing! Helped me with everything and even called to check we settled in well. First time I moved on my own with two children and he explained how everything works too. Anyone I know who’s looking to move I always advise Centro. Thank you so much for your help.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Liam and Arran have been just amazing in the management of my property! As a non-resident landlord I rely so much on my agent and I feel so content having the management in their hands. They have managed an agent takeover, tenant finds, me tenancy setup seemingly with ease. Correspondence is kept to necessary, ensuring all landlords obligations are in hand and dealt with. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
