GoogleWow! Wow wow! Centro (Arran and Reece) made renting a flat such a breeze! I was new to home renting and I had had a horrible experience with the very first estate agent I dealt with. Reece and Arran went over and above for me although my situation was a tricky one. They were both professional, polite and personal! I never felt judged, they never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way! Their communication was excellent prompt response to my phone calls and emails from start till date. Even when my first potential landlord refused my offer, Reece reassured me that they would try their best to help me. Within hours Reece got back to me to inform me he's got a property for me. They explained everything/ steps I had to take to help with the process in a way that was easy to understand. I personally felt like they were advocating for me. They made it really easy for me. Arran took time out of his busy schedule to do a 2nd viewing of the property with me and was still willing to do a 3rd viewing when I requested. Within less than 3 weeks all is set and am ready to move in! The best words to describe my experience with Reece and Arran are : EXECELLENT, PROACTIVE, TRANSPARENT, NON-JUDGEMENTAL, EXPERIENCED, PERSON-CENTRED ATTITUDE, POLITE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. Arran and Reece and both invaluable assets in the estate agent industry. Centro Sutton is the Best when it comes to their customer services.

GoogleI have been impressed with the service received from Centro. I enquired about a commercial property, Morgan came straight back to me with further information and was very response to my questions. In between booking my appointment and being able to attend, the property was removed from the market due to an offer being received, however, this offer fell through and Morgan contacted me immediately (knowing I was keen to view) and we have now progressed to renting this space. Morgan was very helpful in facilitating meetings and viewings, and I appreciate his continual communication throughout the process.

I recently received excellent service from Reece and the team at Centro. After 25 years in the US I'm moving to the UK (Epsom area) and needed some extra help navigating the UK rental process. Reece was excellent in helping me to secure the property, and it's a big relief to already have somewhere to live when I arrive. Reece is calm, to the point, and gets things done. GoogleI have had some issues with Centro but they appear to have resolved so all is potentially good now. Shame they don't advise residents when long overdue maintenance slips by their contractor and when a customer calls the contractor after being ignored by Centro their owner Mr Harwood advises calling them by me was "out of court" appauling statement so customer care is not on his agender. As such have to retract my first sentence as would never recommend Centro from my estates total lack of maintenance for coming on 3 years and they clearly do not adhere to their web site promises so regulator needs to audit soonest.
On 5 February 2022, Mr Martin made similar comments alleging that Centro Plc were responsible to arrange for his previous website comments on Google to “continually disappear”. On 9 February 2022, Centro wrote to Mr Martin confirming that Centro Plc “are not deleting or manipulating your reviews on a third party website. You may wish to contact Google for further advice on this matter as this contains your review on their platform/website on which Centro Plc have no control over”. It is questionable that Mr Martin has taken that advice as Centro would depend on Google to confirm that his allegations were untrue. However, he gets on to his same hobby horse repeating his theme of “comments mysteriously disappear again”. Mr Martin is one of 122 owners of property on the Estate on which he continually endeavours to indicate he represents the opinions of all those others on the development. He is absolutely right, there is an AGM awaited and there has not been one for three years brought about by the pandemic circumstances and it having been found that the Zoom principle of holding meetings was not suited to Lessee type companies.
