TrustpilotBe careful -their charges are out of this world
I'm selling my property and Centro is the management company of the property I own. As part of the selling process Centro has to provide a management pack. They charge £550 for this management pack!!! My solicitor's quote "I'm speechless, the most I have ever seen is 350". So - that's Centro for you. They can do that legally - but I wanted to write this review to warn anyone considering going with Centro, or any customers of Centro. Their charges are way, way higher than anyone else's. So beware. That's the kind of company they are.

We never receive criticism willingly, obviously. However, as the offended Lessee is not clearly identified, we can only backtrack on the figure of £550 plus VAT for the Solicitors’ enquiry pack. It would appear to be a requirement for a fast-track service. This often is brought about by the request for information matching the speed of a transaction or that the requirement for same had been overlooked.
If the application for such a pack had been made with a normal timescale requirement, it would have been £440 plus VAT.

Throughout this year, we have no record of other questions having been raised in the large volume of requirements for this information.

Perhaps the advise given out by CENTRO to their office Landlord clients could better reflect the current COVID-19 crisis in 2020 rather than just agreeing with their clients on all points..... probably a short term gain however long term for companies in Sutton it will mean a number closing or making staff redundant but looking on the bright side there will be a fee & commission when the office or shop will be rented out again!NegativeProfessionalism
