Sammy is an excellent agent and instrumental at Centro. She has great communication skills and is totally transparent with her approach to dealing with clients. I’ve been a landlord with Centro for over 15 years and in that time Sammy has maintained a positive relationship with me and my tenants.

GoogleWe are a small business based in Sutton employing eleven local people. Perhaps the advise given out by CENTRO to their office Landlord clients could better reflect the current COVID-19 crisis in 2020 rather than just agreeing with their clients on all points..... probably a short term gain however long term for companies in Sutton it will mean a number closing or making staff redundant but looking on the bright side there will be a fee & commission when the office or shop will be rented out again!NegativeProfessionalism
We have read your review and do not understand the context of your comments. Please can you contact to elaborate further. Many thanks Paul Harwood

GoogleCentro recently sold my industrial business premises in Sutton for me & I was very impressed with their service from initial valuation through to completion. They arranged a 1 day block viewing from which they secured multiple bids which achieved an above expected price for the premises. They were very straightforward & professional all the way through the process & I can highly recommend their servicesPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We are delighted to have effected an exchange of contracts in an expedient manner. From a company standpoint, we take customer relations very seriously, so thank you for your kind words. GoogleWe’ve used the agency for the first time buying commercial unit and were very impressed with their work, especially Morgan Pérez. His persistence, timely communication and hard work is the best from start to completion what appeared to be very complex and long purchase! Overall, great service and pleasure to deal with. Would love to use them again. Many thanks Morgan!

TrustpilotCrooks
As a management company, Centro are nothing but a bunch of crooks.Eye-watering service charges for a lack of service, the only thing they’ve ever been proactive about is sending bills.Trust the positive reviews here at your peril. They’ve been leaving positive reviews for themselves on Google and attempting to discredit any negative reviews in a hilariously unprofessional manner.Edit: Response as expected. I'll keep my anonymity and you can keep your bad review. You won't do justice to anything.Nice to see you've finally hidden the review from Morgan Perez on Google. It's a bit silly reviewing yourself with your real name, isn't it?
Please identify yourself. By all means we will deal with any complaint you have. For understandable reasons, we cannot do justice to anonymity.”
