GoogleI have had Hannah as my contact at Butlers, she has been fantastic from start to finish and has always been on the ball. I haven't had to chase at all with Hannah she has been on the ball and kept me up to date with everything. She has been a pleasure to work with and would definitely recommend Butlers to anyone looking to buy or sell!!

GoogleWe are so happy we appointed Bulters to sell our property! We knew they were the right agents for us straight away after meeting with several other agencies in the area. We loved their work ethos, culture and the fact that they are a sustainable company. Throughout the process the whole team have been friendly and responsive. We never had to chase them for updates on viewings or marketing etc which really took away the stress. They did everything they could to find the right buyer for us. From valuation to exchange they have made the whole process enjoyable. We want to thank the whole team at Butlers for all their hard work! You guys have been amazing! GoogleWe have been house hunting since the second lockdown and it has been a very daunting experience for us. On quite a few occasions we have been let down by estate agents due to their negligence and poor customer service. Dominic and his team have brought hope back to us. Despite the fact that we have a relatively small budget, we have been treated with a great deal of sincerity and urgency, which is not something that we have experienced even from the bigger names in the area. GoogleGreat Service. We were approached by Dominic as he had noticed our house had been on the market for some months with another agency. After having a quick chat about what He and Butlers could offer us we were having viewings the very next day. We noticed straight away how much better Dominic was in showing potential buyers round the house and engaging with them in a much more personal casual and informative way. He had us a potential buyer and lots of interest from others that same day. Unfortunately that buyer did not commit but Butlers were quick to find us another buyer at the same price we wanted. Dominic and Butlers were great throughout and went above and beyond to help us and keep us informed and sort out any problems no matter how small on both sides and with solicitors Ect. They are a pleasure to deal with and always gets back to you quickly. They charge a very reasonable rate and valued our house just right. GoogleI recently sold a property through Butler's in 2024. They were professional throughout and would strongly recommend them rather than the bigger named firms operating in the area. Ours wasn't a straightforward sale (due to the questionable working practices of the buyer's conveyancer) and this is where a good estate agent is worth their fee: Hayleigh from Butler's did a fantastic job of keeping everything on track. I'll likely work with them again in future.

GoogleWe recently sold our house in SM1 with Butler's and would recommend them. They demonstrated good local knowledge and a thought out pricing and sales strategy. They were also able to get everything done to list the property and book viewings quickly, and followed through on everything they said they would. Our sale was mainly handled by Joanna, who was very responsive, reassuring, strategic and assertive when needed when other parts of the chain were being difficult. Her approach made a stressful experience much more manageable. Other members of the team we dealt with were also helpful and professional throughout.
