Anyone thinking of selling their home, should really look no further than "Chloe Mongiovi" from 'Butlers Homes' Estate Agents. From my first enquiry, when Chloe came to view my home, I could tell there and then that this young lady was the right person to sell my house for me. She gave me some very good advice, of which I followed and helped me find the right family that fell in love with the home that I have cherished and has guided me through all of the highs and lows that go with selling a property and finding a new abode. Chloe has, in my opinion, been the 'lead co-ordinator' of the whole of our 'chain' and the one person who has really chased my buyers solicitors, of whom were dragging their heels and holding everything up, to have them fulfill their duties, as they should have days prior. I even had a call yesterday, from the 'Agents' I'm purchasing from, of whom sang Chloe's praises for being, in his words, "The Real Trojan'' that saved the day and "how fortunate I am to have had Chloe on My Team ! Chloe is an absolute credit to 'Butlers Homes' and I would highly recommend 'Her' and Butlers to anyone looking to move. I'd go as far as to say... More Fool You If You Dont Use Them !!

I had the pleasure of working with Chloe and Tom by coincidence. As an agent operating in a completely different area, one of our long-term landlords purchased a property within their patch. After speaking with them, it was immediately clear they were the right people to support our landlord. I immediately felt at ease in their very capable hands. Chloe and Tom worked tirelessly to prepare the property for letting and maintained excellent communication throughout. Given that the landlord is not particularly comfortable with technology, they were incredibly patient and accommodating, happily working through me where needed. We have just sold a property through Butlers and cannot speak highly enough of them. From the valuation through to completion, Dom, Hannah, Hayleigh and Joanna have been excellent . Dom has a wealth of experience in selling property and is very friendly, professional and honest. We knew when he came to value the house that there was no need to go elsewhere. He was spot on with the valuation and the fees were very reasonable. Communication is great and you are informed every step of the way - The online "dashboard" showed us all the viewings that were booked in plus the feedback and offers - it sold within a week of going on the market in a very difficult time for the housing market. We cannot thank Dom and the team at Butler's enough. It seems like such an understatement on how grateful we feel for their support through our sale and onward purchase in a difficult environment. This was our first time selling. We spoke to multiple local estate agents and online ones but decided to go with Dom's company. On the surface and financial reasons alone, Butler's have very good reviews, extremely competitive rates and conditions, which just shows how confident and good they are. But more importantly, when we met, Dom really listened, showed us all of the leg work he had done to value our house (a lot of the others just used an automatic programme/software). The valuation was correct for the market conditions at the time because our offers came in close to it. We are glad we went with Butler's. The photos taken were amazing; Dom and the team are always friendly, professional, responsive and they care. Everyone in the team knew where we are at with things at all times so when one person is off, we didn't have to wait for things to be done. When we lost our first buyer, Dom and the team worked very hard to find us a new buyer, especially when the market turned. When we had to take the property off the market because I had an operation, Dom and the team were supportive, not pushy and waited for us to be 100% sure before relisting. There are so many good things to list but you won't be disappointed if you went with Butler's. A big thank you everyone at Butler's but in particular, we would like to send Dom and and Hayleigh the biggest thank you for all the hard work you've put in for us! You really did make us feel like we were your only clients! Highly recommend Butlers! Best agents in the area. I cannot recommend Butler’s enough. They are brilliant! We had a long and at some points difficult process and the team at Butler’s were amazing throughout. We chose Butler’s to sell our flat because we got a really good feel from them straightaway. Dom came over to see the flat and spent a lot of time getting to know us and the property. We were impressed with his knowledge of the local area, the business and his genuine care for his clients. We knew our property would be in good hands and we weren’t disappointed. We were impressed with the marketing and the strategy put forward and soon began to get lots of viewings. Hayleigh handled most of our viewings and was brilliant at keeping us updated and chasing for feedback from potential buyers. Once we had accepted an offer, we worked with Joanna. She has been exceptional during this process. We actually don’t think we would have got through it without her! She spoke to us daily, even on her day off, and offered advice, knowledge and a friendly ear when things got stressful. She went above and beyond what was required and should definitely add solicitor and therapist to her cv! We would have been lost without her and she made the whole process a lot easier.
