GoogleThe team at Butlers were amazing from start to finish with the sale of my parents home. This was the second time i have used them. Special shout out to Liam who went out of his way to keep me updated throughout and always in a personal approach. Never treating me as just a number.

GoogleHighly recommend Butlers! Best agents in the area. Since meeting Dom, Joanna and the team early this year, we knew we would be in safe hands navigating the sale of our mums property, with the challenge of not living in the UK. The whole process and service was seamless to being kept up to date, advice provided and the interaction during exchange and completion was the best. The selling of the property didn’t feel transactional and Butlers really does care about the property, seller and buyer to get the best possible outcome. Butlers handled our sale with understanding, empathy and care, which was and is appreciated. Butlers really does demonstrate the values that Dom talked about which makes them a standout agent, and would highly recommend them.

GoogleI cannot recommend Butler’s enough. They are brilliant! We had a long and at some points difficult process and the team at Butler’s were amazing throughout. We chose Butler’s to sell our flat because we got a really good feel from them straightaway. Dom came over to see the flat and spent a lot of time getting to know us and the property. We were impressed with his knowledge of the local area, the business and his genuine care for his clients. We knew our property would be in good hands and we weren’t disappointed. We were impressed with the marketing and the strategy put forward and soon began to get lots of viewings. Hayleigh handled most of our viewings and was brilliant at keeping us updated and chasing for feedback from potential buyers. Once we had accepted an offer, we worked with Joanna. She has been exceptional during this process. We actually don’t think we would have got through it without her! She spoke to us daily, even on her day off, and offered advice, knowledge and a friendly ear when things got stressful. She went above and beyond what was required and should definitely add solicitor and therapist to her cv! We would have been lost without her and she made the whole process a lot easier. We cannot thank her enough. Choosing Butler’s was the best decision we made.

GoogleButlers is the best real estate agent we have worked with. We live in Australia and have a flat in Sanderstead. We switched from another rental agency and found such a great service and responsiveness that we had never experienced before. The flat is on sale now through Butlers, of course!

GoogleThis is by far the best estate agency I have ever encountered! we had the pleasure of doing our viewing with Hayleigh and working thereafter with Hannah for the purchase of our first home. Hannah has been incredible, always responsive and on top of things, providing us with timely information, very polite as well. I couldn't recommend Butlers enough! Wonderful team!

GoogleWe bought through Butlers and the process from initial viewings, progressing the sale, through to exchange and completion was smooth. All queries were answered promptly and calls returned as promised. This agency are so much better than some of the local 'bigger' agencies i've encountered in the past. GoogleVery poor property management and communication. I reported a leak more than two weeks ago. Even though they are paid to manage my flat they did not even know about the leak. No effective action was taken, and when I called to follow up on the ongoing severe leak, instead of apologizing for not taking the leak as an emergency, Chloe from lettings, accused me of “lying” despite having already provided her with video evidence. I repeatedly asked for the manager (Tom) to contact me, but was told he was “not available,” and even though he was copied in emails, he never called back or replied to my emails. The leak and mould issues have not been handled with the urgency expected for emergencies. Appalling service. I do not recommend them at all

GoogleWe are very grateful to the team at Butler's for their help and support in selling our flat. After our first buyer dropped out unexpectedly, we were stressed and panicking about next steps. The team kept us calm, found a new buyer, and were excellent at communicating with us throughout a stressful conveyancing process! GoogleButlers have been incredible. We came to them for advice after going through a round of trying to sell our flat which fell through due to circumstances we could not control. We were down on our luck and Dom visited us and laid out our options in a clear and matter of fact way but also gave us hope. Where it took us a year to get an offer on our flat through a previous estate agent, Butlers managed to get us an offer in a month. Thanks to the entire team - Dom, Hannah and Joanna but special mention to Hayleigh who drove our sale through to the end. The thing that Butlers do so well is their level of communication. Every team member knew exactly who I was when I called the office. Hayleigh was on it when it came to chasing all aspects of the sale, whether that be speaking to us, the buyer or the solicitors. On top of this, she was incredibly kind and empathetic of our situation and made the whole process entirely painless. She was easy to get in touch with by email and phone and really reactive when things came up that needed to be sorted. Butlers also have an online portal where you can see when your viewings are and what the feedback is. You can also track where everyone is in the sales process which is incredibly helpful as selling can be so stressful. The transparency that Butlers provide is incredibly helpful. I would recommend Butlers to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. Not only is their communication second to none, they are also empathetic and compassionate but most of all, they have a positive mindset. The comparison to other experiences we have had with other estate agents is off the charts. Thanks to everyone at Butlers for shepherding us through to the next phase of our life!

GoogleI have had an amazing experience with Hayleigh ! Hayleigh responded so quickly to every enquiry I had and kept me in the loop at all times! She’s such a lovely person also! Hayleigh has made my first time buying experience stress free! Hayleigh was also super honest about everything to do with the property and was really patient with me when I was deciding between two properties. GoogleI can’t thank enough Butlers for their amazing work. They are just amazing from beginning to the end. Buying a property is super stressful, but their whole team made the process a lot smoother. And I want say a special thanks to Hayleigh, honestly the most sweet and helpful person I ever met, doesn’t matter what was the issue or question she would always be on it, she always made sure we would get all the answers, so we could know what was happening throughout the entire process. I have been in this process before, and I always had to chase people to get some answers and was not smooth at all. I definitely recommend everyone, if you want to have an amazing experience buying/selling this is the right agency for you

We were able to view each individual aspect of selling via the portal and the whole team were always on hand to answer any queries swiftly and efficiently. GoogleHonestly can’t recommend Butlers enough, Dom and the team are fantastic! From the moment Dom first come round, we knew he was the right person to trust in selling our property. We were sold on his vision, his values and felt his approachable and friendly style was refreshing in the estate agent industry when compared to others we’d encountered. Needless to say, with Dom’s hands on approach and his helpful and hardworking team, we sold our property and we couldn’t praise Butlers enough. Would highly recommend them to friends and family and we’ll definitely use them again.
