GoogleI cant recommend Nidhi, Gordon and Team Belvoir Sutton highly enough they really are the lettings and sales experts in Sutton! Offering great client advice, rent guarantees and competitive fees. All very knowledgeable and friendly no problem is to small or big for them to deal with. Lack of communication and heavy reliance on non-flexible automated viewing system. To say that rent is the most costly thing we pay out these days you would expect more enthusiasm from the start. Will be taking this as a sign of future treatment, and not bother using this company. Good forbid having an issue whilst living under their management, you'd be ignored... Yet still take your money? Wow. No thanks. Big shame. Get your act together.

If it was possible to give no stars - then that would be the rating. Dealt with this company over the one year rental of a property in Manchester for my daughter - paid a deposit along with another student family / informed that we had secured the property, only to be told the following week that the apartment had been allocated to another party. Please be aware of the type of Company that you will be dealing with should you ever elect to use them.

When I moved to property I had high hopes as they said they would sort out some problems with house before I moved in,well didn't happen, like outside hand rail which was really loose I really needed it fixed as have mobility issues, asked again when I moved in still nothing ,phone calls emails still nothing,then water coming in kitchen as you can imagine a health issue more calls emails that was 20th Dec it took till September next year for them to do something, Dec again I had sewage come up bath toilet over flowing with water and sewage, 30 calls 3 live chats emails still nothing for 10 days,I had to use bucket to do toilet eventually I had to go stay with sister, I eventually got Nicola on phone she said I quote ..I will see what I can do,she sent out gas man to fix plumbing job,low and behold he couldn't fix it,he said he would contact agent, if I didn't hear back I was to call,well I didn't hear back,I could go on and on with other things that weren't sorted but would take to long,good luck to anyone who uses this agency because you will need it

Absolutely incredible! Ben Coss and Billy Walsh honestly went above and beyond to support us with the purchase of our new house. After a really long and stressful 6 months process, due to the complexity and a bad choice of our solicitors, they stuck with us and continued to keep the momentum up to allow us to achieve our forever home. Every single email was always replied to and dealt with professionally, they really did not need to give us anything but still did and we will be forever grateful for their support. We have just organised to rent our previous property with them as we trust them whole heartedly and would not choose any other Estate Agent! Thanks so much to you guys!!! Danielle

We let our student property through the Leicester Branch. The office was understaffed. Those they did have lacked knowledge and experience. We've ended up with a foreign student as one of our tenants who doesn't even have a UK bank account to pay the rent. Didn't find out until Belvoir's fee was paid and the documentation provided. So many mistakes which resulted in the Tenancy Agreement having to be re-issued. Took them months to get the tenancy "over the line" because they failed to keep on top of anything. We are very experienced landlords. Heaven help those who are not. BEWARE.

The worst agent, they try to shift the responsibility 24/7 and deduct the deposit without any sensible reason. Horrible charges and unfair treatment for Asian tenants. We can’t make any joint agreement even though we have provided evidence and clauses of the contract. When we moved out, we kept most areas in the same state of cleanliness as shown in pics, but they still charged me £440 (btw just two hours of cleaning, and it doesn’t look like a professional one).Do not ever choose them for letting!

Worst estate agency out there! Best way to say this, is that they simply do not give a **** about their tenants. Anytime you contact them, no one gets back to you. This being calls and emails. Have to chase up every single time! However, when they need something from you they will harass you with messages and calls daily. Any issues reported takes weeks to be looked at. Forgetting appointments and unreliable. I would not recommend. Shocking!

I had a terrible experience with Belvoir Lettings UK. They are incredibly unreliable and refuse to take accountability for their actions. Whenever I reported maintenance issues, they didn't take them seriously and left them unresolved. Even worse, they completely ignored my concerns about antisocial behavior in the house, dismissing my complaints as if they didn't matter.To make matters worse, their communication was abysmal. They either wouldn't reply to my messages at all or would take ages to respond, leaving me frustrated and feeling ignored.I highly advise everyone to steer clear of Belvoir Lettings UK. They don't care about their tenants' well-being or satisfaction, and their lack of responsibility and poor communication make them a nightmare to deal with. Avoid them at all costs!

Terrible experience with Belvoir Nottingham. Reported a stolen item to the office team due to contractors working on a flat next door. They have shown no accountability and given me generic responses which is beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, I spoke to one of the contractors doing work who was extremely aggressive and confrontation infront of my mother with body language suggesting he wanted to fight, abusive language displayed, as well as, being at boiling point at the beginning of the conversation which wasn't normal and displayed signs of drug abuse as his behaviour mirrored that of a cocaine using drug addict. The guy was a loose cannon and have been very disappointed with how belvoir have dealt with this.

The most disrespectful encounter I’ve ever had with any estate agent. Spoke to a lady who doesn’t know how to control her mouth called abigail foston. From the moment we started conversation over a solution for a property I stayed at of theirs she just had so much disrespect in her exchange. She was very patronizing and condescending towards me and I will never recommend them. I’m very unproblematic and always avoid encounters like this. Every staff in that company communicate very disrespectfully. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a colored tenant or if they talk like this to everyone but i have not had a good experience with them.

Totally unacceptable conduct from Belvoir. We engaged with Cody, an agent with the Manchester City Centre Office. We made an offer on an apartment. He pressured us to improve the offer, and so with great effort we updated it. He wanted answers out of us immediately. But we never heard from him again. He simply ghosted us. We have no idea what happened to the apartment. I phoned him 5 times over 5 days, and every time he was unable to take my call. His colleagues promised each time they would get him to phone me back or get more information. But no one has ever spoken to us again. It is completely unprofessional (bordering on unethical) for a company to treat people this way. It doesn't take much to send an automated email saying you were unsuccessful, so that you can move on with your life.

Please don't buy anything from them, on the add everything looks so good but when you receive it it's completely different not will be as described. And it's hard to contact them no phone numbers, if you email them they will respond week later, they don't issues any refund.
