GoogleElliot was fantastic to work with, really efficient and always available if I needed anything. Extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy which is exactly what you want in an estate agent. I decided to sell my house through Barnard Marcus because of how much I liked Elliot upon meeting him and he did not disappoint! Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI chose Barnard Marcus because they had sold a friend's house. I'm really pleased I did because they took all the pain out of selling - really clear and flexible contracting, arranged fab photos, brought people round, did all the negotiating, achieved a good price - thank you Scot, Elliot and Vanilla. And then had a brilliant progression person (Jill) who managed my stress when my purchase took forever! Would definitely recommend.

GoogleThis is one of the poorest services I have had when dealing with an Estate Agent. I own 18 properties and so have a lot of dealings with Estate agents and their management teams and this one is by far the worst one from top to bottom. Communication, poor. Dealing with issues for the tenant, poor. Costs for repairs, sky high. At one point, my tenant in the property they looked after got in touch to say that the boiler had stopped working 4 months before and they were freezing, and Barnard Marcus had done nothing about it - it was the first I was even hearing about it. They then said that it would cost me more to drop to tenant finding fee from full management. An absolute joke of a service. I took on the management for the remainder of the tenancy which was for another 5 months (they only stayed for 12 months). I spoke to manager after manager (everyone is a manager there), and each one was as embarrassing as the last. Even the Reginal manager made a complete mess of dealing with things and returned calls weeks after it had been flagged by his own team as urgent. At the end of the tenancy, they provided an inventory that was inaccurate and not sighed or confirmed by either myself or the tenants. My experience may be one out of many, but when I look for another Estate Agent I will not be using these guys again and I strongly suggest everyone else to stay clear too.

GoogleBarnard Marcus did a fantastic job. Our buyer suddenly pulled out and Elliot at Sutton managed to re-sell our property in 24 hours and for more money!! Our sales progressor Julie went above and beyond to keep us informed and to ensure the sale went through. Our solicitor even commented on how hard she was working for us. I would highly recommend this team.

GoogleI am very disappointed of the 'provided' service. I would not recommend this agents in Sutton. I dealt with Jessica and she was rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. Most of the agents are young and do not know anything about their properties. Constantly I was chasing them, they have never called me back. They are after your money. I am very glad I am not selling through them.

GoogleGeorgia Vaughan at Barnard Marcus did an excellent job of selling our house. I believe we secured a great outcome even during a tricky time for the housing market. This was demonstrated by Georgia organising an open house event resulting in many offers. Her excellent negotiation skills & knowledge of the local market resulted in a speedy Completion, despite one buyer pulling out of the sale. We were kept fully informed at each stage of the selling process. I do hope the new owners are happy in their new home.

GoogleThe staff at Barnard Marcus Sutton managed to sell our flat after two sales fell through with another agent. Everybody we dealt with were very professional but special thanks must go to Gemma. She was a sea of calm and quiet encouragement in the face of our mounting worry about achieving a sale. She metaphorically held our hands through the whole process, taking numerous calls and keeping us fully informed at all times.
