I used Barnard Marcus for the purchase of my first property. I have to commend the team in the Sutton branch as they were always very helpful and responsive. Any queries were dealt with straight away and the team went above and beyond to assist in whatever way they could, a special mention to Alex and Keo who were fantastic. Julie in the sales progression team was very helpful and supportive. I found they were all very willing to advise and assist in whatever way they could. I would definitely recommend using Barnard Marcus.

Georgia and Elliot were superb throughout. We sold our two bed flat during lockdown and found Georgia to be helpful, friendly, communicative. Georgia also gave excellent advice about pricing. The team were very reassuring about covid safety measures and made sure to give us notice when they were coming over. I would definitely use the team again and would recommend them highly. We had a really great experience with Scot and his team at Barnard Marcus in Sutton. We were selling our property at a very difficult time as the market slowed down with regards to Brexit but Scot was extremely honest,helpful and supportive in dealing with the many questions and issue that we had. I have an excellent history with the Lettings Department at Bernard Marcus Sutton, Vince and Megan have been superstars ensuring minimal void periods on my properties and professional tenants. From this experience, I decided to try the sales team for selling my own home and wasn't let down! Scot Mckirdy valued our property and out of the three agents we invited in, he gave us the most detailed view on the local market, had the most relevant comparable evidence and the most realistic price - which was extremely important as time was of the essence with us having already found our next home!
