We had a really frustrating experience with the seller’s solicitors. Luckily we had Bernard Marcus at Sutton dealing with the sale of the property (to us). Our contact in the sales team, Alex Nelson, went above and beyond in helping this process come to fruition. I am sure without him our 18 months of torture may never have been resolved. He always made himself available, he returned every call if not available at the time, and his manner was always pleasant and helpful. I could not speak highly enough of their professionalism. Recently sold a rental property through Elliot, who we liked immediately and was friendly, helpful and professional throughout. We would have like to keep dealing with him for the whole transaction, however, the business moves you to a Progresser for that. Elliot did, however, step in and help get things moving at the end which was a great help! Thank you to Elliot and all the staff at Sutton branch who are all friendly and helpful.

An overdue review - but never the less needs to be put in. When I purchased a property through them I was forced to use their in house mortgage broker (as did all of the buyers in the development) which of course was illegal. They also promised details about the flat which turned out to be false. Still got all of the above in writing. Law breakers ultimately.

All the team have been extremely helpful in assisting my 85 year old Mother in selling her flat . From the beginning of the process Alex and Elliot could have not done more and at the end of the process Julie was very kind and efficient. My Mother was unable to get to the office and the staff at Barnard Marcus visited her at home to support her in document signing etc .
