I have known this BM brach for some time now so I did not bother using other estate agents. BM delivered and helped me minimise the vacancy period. Their honest and timely feedback was very useful in coming down to the right decisions. Wintana and Peter were constantly there and available when I needed help. I was also surprised with the number of viewings they were doing on the first 2 weeks when I thought it would take a bit more time than that for the viewings to pick up.

Bought my first property from this branch after renting for a period of time. Gio was very helpful and made the transition for me and my partner very smooth and I can't thank him enough for all the help he gave us. He understood that the purchase we were looking at making was most likely going to be our home for a large portion of our lives and it was clear he took that into consideration every step of the way. As a landlord, my experience with this agency has been nothing short of frustrating. Mark Birch, in particular, is as useful as a chocolate teapot, slow to respond, dishonest, and consistently fails to carry out even the most basic responsibilities. Deposits are delayed, overcharges are blamed on “human error,” and communication is a constant battle. If you want a letting agent who actually does their job, look elsewhere.

I would like to thank John Edwards for his fantastic level of service. We have been let down alot by agents who dont get back to us, dont understand our needs and wants and subsequently lost out on properties. Therefore to have an agent who listened, questioned and actioned (when he said he would) was not just a refreshing change, it renewed our faith in the fact someone was actually going to help. VENDORS - Spend that 0.5% extra with another agent to provide your buyers with a legal above board experience. We purchased a flat with Wintana at Barnard Marcus. They do not respect the law regarding conditional selling. We were forced to use in house solicitors to have our offer put forward. I have bought once, and sold twice with Barnard Marcus so feel pretty well placed to leave a review. I can honestly say that each time i have used their services, the experience has been fantastic. Nothing is too much, and they really know the market. We sold quickly and to a lead that the branch generated. I was greeted this time round by Wintana who has been incredible. She has been relentlessly in our corner and we really trust her. She is fabulous at staying in touch and keeps us informed every step of the way. Couldn't ask for more. Sam did our valuation, put us totally at ease and was a complete pleasure to deal with. He had a developed plan on how to market us and sold our flat in 3 days. Unreal! Both have been instromental in the process. Katie the sales progress was so key in the sale of my last property and I thought it super important to mention her. She forms part of the team that make BM special even after the sale is agreed. She keeps things moving forward and is genuinely a lovley person. We were kept completly in the loop and felt so well looked after. They are not the cheapest on the market, but after using them 3 times now I can honestly say its well worth the extra.
