I got through to a broker named Alex who was particularly helpful and gave me an honest, in depth opinion on the market, helping me to rationalise my decision based on my personal circumstances. What a life saver Roxana Zendri is! We were at the end of our tenancy with another estate agents and roxana honestly went above and beyond to help us find us our new property! With regular updates on any new property’s that had come up to finding us our new house before it had even been put up as she knew our time was running out. Roxana was honestly the best. I had been to on loads of viewings. I had an urgency to get out by the end of the month. She showed me a place and I knew it was where I needed to be. So I expressed the urgency to her and she & the team worked their magic. They managed to get me all sorted and moved in just over a week of seeing the place. We have received almost exactly the same experience from Barnard Marcus Wallington as a previous seller who feedback recently. We were really impressed with Alex’s sales pitch which made us wiling to pay the higher fee % than other estate agents. He came across as really professional. Unfortunately, once we agreed to go with Barnard Marcus it all went down hill from there. Upon our first open day we received no contact beforehand to let us know how it would work on the day or of us to provide an overview of our property. On the morning of the open day I went to BM to hand my keys and ask if there was anything they wanted to know but they didn’t seem interested. After 2 open days (in one month) and no offers I felt it best to do the viewings myself. BM wanted us to reduce the price but we refused. We agreed to a 6 week contract initially which meant that we were going to leave however for the last open day just before the 6 week period I decided to do the viewings. It was only then that I started to receive offers. Over the 9 month period we were with them, I felt that I had to constantly chase BM for updates to the point that we felt that we had to advise them on what next steps should be. I can count on one hand the number of times that they proactively called us with updates. Alex was the only agent who would follow up for us but felt that this was not his job to do so but only after I complained. We were passed onto other agents without any introduction as to who they were. We ended up having our sale fall through twice but felt there was no urgency from BM to move quickly for us even when they knew we would be losing our purchase property if we did not make the end of March for completion. Upon the second offer falling through it was through us calling BM that afternoon did another estate agent let us know that this person had pulled their offer. Thankfully we did make this deadline but again I did all the viewings. Our vendors estate agent provided more of a continuous update to us than BM and we had a better relationship with them. Even on the day of completion we received no courtesy call from BM whereas our vendors estate agent invited us into their offices and gave us a congratulations card. I would NOT recommend Barnard Marcus Wallington, although I felt Alex was helpful when needed. We were with BM for 9 months and never felt like a valued client.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality

Really friendly and professional, she also booked me in with her mortgage advisor Sabira who was incredible, just to check my budget and try to save me some money. I dealt with Peter Piskov and Wintana Araya in letting out my property. I accepted Peter and Wintana’s help after my property had been on the market for some time with another agent. They found a tenant within a couple of days. They were efficient, effective and accommodating of my needs throughout. I dealt with Zoe when purchasing my flat. I first met her on the viewing and she showed the most amount of professionalism over any agent I have met. I was a little nervous as I was buying alone as a first time buyer. At times I do not know how she did not get annoyed with me as I can be a little persistent on things.
