Avoid this letting agency as they are cheaters, unprofessional, liars and not worth your time. They make commitments that they don't keep, and when it's time to deliver, they back out. It's better to find another agency, as the same property is advertised by other agents. Moreover, this agency tries to deduct false charges from your deposit. In my case, my agents visited me at the end of the tenancy, and I showed him some marks on the wall. He clearly said it wasn't an issue, but still, I hired a professional painter as well as a cleaner and returned the property in better condition than it was given to me. However, this branch disappeared for a month and then came up with a big deduction from my deposit. When they couldn't find any issue, they made a silly excuse that in a 150sqm garden, 0.01sqm part wasn't cut professionally. Although I already offered them that the company I hired would be happy to resolve any issues with the garden, cleaning, or paint, but they still made false deductions from my deposit. A group of 2-3 individuals are running a fake company and pretending to be from different departments while communicating with customers. They have lied multiple times and claimed that the landlord had said various things, landlord claiming this much deduction and that they were waiting for the landlord's response. However, upon speaking with the landlord directly, it was revealed that the landlord had never had any conversations with these agents and that whatever they were doing/saying was entirely their own doing. In case you find yourself dealing with a fraudulent branch, it is important to get everything in writing. For example, the person (X) who showed me the property made certain commitments, but later on, his senior (Y) denied any knowledge of them, stating that X was a new employee and didn't know better. When we were leaving the property after a year, X (the same new employee) made another statement, but Y again denied having any information on the matter and that X had no connection to that. Even though both people are from the same department and attending the same extension number. So, it is important to make sure you have everything in writing to avoid such situations.
