GoogleWintana has been such a delight throughout this experience. It was my first time renting and she was very patient and helpful. I would definitely go back to Wintana and everyone in the office are welcoming and lovely.

GoogleGreat from start to finish! We decide to use barnard marcus to sell our home above all others as not only we had a good feelings about them, but their online review and the price was perfect, and i'm glad we did. I couldn't recommend them enough, they sold our home within not even 1 week of being on the market, unlike in the previous year with another estate agent that only got us 5 viewings through the door within 8 months! They looked after me and the buyer accordingly, and chased up all necessary avenues as necessary. The whole team was great, Elliot and Zoe, but the biggest shoutout goes to Gio, who dealt with the whole sale from start to finish. Whenever i'll sell again, i'll be definitely be choosing this branch!

GoogleI had a very good experience with Barnard Marcus. I recently purchased an investment flat through their Wallington Office. The sales teams ( Gio and Michelle) were very professional, responsible and helpful during the whole process. They had done lots of follow ups in order to complete the process on time. I would highly recommend them. Then I used their letting service, Wintana managed to let the flat out within 5 days after the completion with my ask price. Very impressed with her professionalism and efficiency.

GoogleBarnard Marcus valued my property quite a while ago and Peter got in contact just when I needed them to find me a tenant, Peter and Wintana have gone above and beyond and have stood out by far.. miles even above any other agent with the constant feedback, letting me know exactly what was happening and just being great and really helpful! I cannot say thank you enough - I had given up hope on all other agents hearing nothing from them and having to chase them - this was not the case with BM and I would highly recommend their services.. and before anyone questions they didn't even ask me to write a review - it was obvious by the level of their service that I just had to!! Thank you for all your efforts - I will definitely be returning to you guys in the future and probably sole!

GoogleMyself and my partner recently went through Barnard and Marcus and at first as Wintana would know I was a little hesitant but found Wintana and Pete to be amazing. I wasn’t hassled at all and timings were perfectly met for everything to be arranged. This is the best service I have ever received considering it’s my first time. I really appreciate all your hard work and greatly commend you both for the work you have done for us both and making this process and smooth as it was. I’ll be back in two years :))))

GoogleI have felt the need to express my feelings with a sublime service I received from the sales team at Barnard Marcus in Wallington. It all started from Elliott King coming round to value my property. First impressions are everything and he ticked all the boxes. I was sceptical about having a few estate agents enter my property, and give me the same jargon but he put my mind at rest. In the first week of my property being on the market, I had 10-15 viewings with multiple of offers, and the sales team did their utter best to get the figure I was seeking, along with the best buyer which I can gladly say was achieved! If anyone is looking to put their property on the market, please do get in contact with Elliott King. Please be assured you will not be disappointed with the high level of customer service from himself and his team.

GoogleJust a brief note to highlight the excellent service we received from John Edwards of the Barnard Marcus team - Wallington Branch. John professionalism and friendly manner made our ''house viewing" undertaking that much easier. Specifically, what made John stand out was his patience & willingness to take on board our specific requirements and accordingly narrow the list of properties that were relevant to our needs. Personally, I believe John's wiliness to go extra mile in concluding the negotiations with the seller made the difference in closing the sale successfully. I have no hesitation in recommending John (and Barnard Marcus) and will favourably consider using their other services in future

GoogleCurrently stlll waiting for sale of house after 6 months due to estate agents slowing down process to please the buyer not us the sellers - unable to cancel sale and find new buyers due to the small print. Will never use them again

GoogleWould put 0 stars if I could. Very poor communication between landlord and us. Very unprofessional estate agency, with awful service. Laughing and treating us like we cannot afford any of the houses. I do not recommend the Wallington branch, AVOID at all COSTS. Branch manager is dreadful.

GoogleVery unprofessional. I left work early on one occasion to have an evaluation of my property cancelled 20mins before it was meant to take place. Then again today I had another appointment and they just didn't show up. They are time wasters with poor communication among themselves. Lots of other better estate agents who are more reliable in Wallington!
