Personally I have dealt with so many letting agencies in the past & Andrews has to be the worst one so far, if I could give 0 stars I would. Everything now is greed & money with andrews & the amount of b.s they feed you is unbelievable! For instance: every year now I have a flat inspection where they measure & take photos of every room & i also have an asbestos inspection ever year. I always ask the question with out fail .... has the flat or the asbestos grown or shrunk within the last year? For some reason they can never give me an answer! Pathetic. Hopefully 1 day Andrews will change or go bust but I think I’m dreaming.

GoogleI do not normally write internet reviews but, having just completed a difficult property sale, I feel compelled to offer praise.
I have been acting as Executor, selling a property in an Assisted Living development. In the recent exceptional Covid impacted times, this has proved extremely difficult with the need for special arrangements and approvals for all viewings. There have also been significant complexities/procedures to "approve" the purchasers and make other "simple" arrangements like securing access for furniture movers.
Andrews did an outstanding job, liaising with all parties on my behalf, obtaining access approvals, seeking and suggesting solutions when problems arose and, most of all, keeping me informed at all times. I have brought and sold many properties and, whilst this was certainly not the easiest, it was the best Estate Agent service I have ever experienced. Everyone I dealt with at Andrews was helpful, enthusiastic and professional but I would especially call out Janine Arnold, who made what could have been a stressful time for me so much easier.
Compared to their competitors in Wallington, and two in particular who I originally contacted to discuss the potential sale and now regularly phone me to enquire if I am still interested in BUYING a property, I have absolutely no doubt in recommending Andrews to others.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
