GoogleAll through this pandemic, we got great service from Martin&Co especially from Chloe Webster , the sale was not straightforward but Chloe was very helpful .We would ring her quite often asking her questions and nothing was to much trouble, thank you for helping a mature couple on there way to start another chapter in their lives.

GoogleI called them for a house they show me on internet.. they give me time to see the same house. But when i ho there they show me different house. I told them this is not the same house you show me on internet.they just show me the wrong house which i did not like . They waste my time 2 hours… i take a leave from my work to see the house..but all is waste … i did not like it.. waste of time…

GoogleWe have recently sold a flat through Martin & Co and could not have had better service anywhere. Despite there being a global pandemic and very difficult times Chloe Allardyce rose to the challenge and eased us through quite a tricky sale. She was professional, efficient and always knew exactly what was going on with sale. On the odd occasion she needed assistance Bronagh Breen stepped in very efficiently. Needless to say we would have absolutely no problem in recommending them. Thank you Chloe - you’ve been a complete gem.

GoogleMartin and Co have been providing a fantastic service. They had the house advertised really quickly after I contacted them, and it sold almost immediately. I have not had to do very much admin myself, it was all managed by Matthew Port who was super helpful and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Thanks!

We used Martin & Co Sutton Coldfield as letting agents for a flat for almost ten years and we then used them to sell that flat. Everyone I dealt with always responded quickly to emails and requests for advice. New tenants were found in a timely manner and we received an offer for the full asking price of the flat within weeks.
