GoogleAndersons have managed my property management for my properties for over 2 years now. I have always been very pleased with the service that i have received. I am particularly pleased with Sarah Savage who looks after my properties and arranges any maintenance issues that need attending to. Sarah liaises with the tenants and contractors and ensures that a excellent service is obtained. I cannot thank Sarah enough for her continues professionalism and hard work.

GoogleAs a landlord based overseas, we rely on Anderson's for all communication, including tenant selection, details of rental payments, repairs/ maintenance required and best advice on all subjects. Their support over the past 15 years has been invaluable and exemplary. They have the best interests of tenants AND landlords at heart, and always seek to ensure maintenance is carried out swiftly, keeping tenants happy and looked after. I had a fantastic experience Sarah Longstaffe who went out of her way to get me a second viewing last minute, which I now rent as it suits my lifestyle. She was extremely friendly and personable made me feel at home with her honesty. Which was really important to me as I was moving to the area and knew know one. I would highly recommend Anderson's to all.

For us this being our first time renting it can be quite nerve racking filling out all the paper work etc but Kelly really helped us and was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had. Couldn’t recommend her enough.

All information available whenever requested and process was smooth. Made herself readily available to suit our time needs. Property is in great condition too and one of the best I’ve moved to.

GoogleSadly, after letting my property for over 20 years with Andersons I was so disappointed with the service I received recently that I have withdrawn my property from their management. I found them very difficult to communicate with - phone calls and emails were not responded to; on talking with my tenant I discovered that I had not been informed of important issues such as leaks; minimal requests re the property, despite a number of promises, were not carried out and I lost confidence and trust in the company that I was paying to provide a service that was not forthcoming.
