GoogleAndersons are really a very good letting agent who helped me to find my first renting home in UK. There are two people Kelly and Ana Lemos they helped me at the beginning and end of tenancy to get everything sorted out easily

GoogleIf you felt you have picked a highly professional estate agent, I feel for you. Never Ever go with these time wasters. They just pass the book and are quite happy to leave me with no heating or hot water considering I’m still expected to pay rent. Don’t waste your time with these, go elsewhere - save yourself the stress. I wish I had done the same!

Googlecan not recommend these guys enough, the manager Laura, and Sarah, went above and beyond from the first initial enquiry to signing the paperwork. friendly and professional, all our enquiries were answered with a smile and nothing was too much trouble, the manager even offered to work her day off just to help us get in the property earlier. will not use any other agents. keep up the great service.

GoogleConsidering the increase in energy costs. Anderson Residential consider having internal doors not a necessity. So along with a job loss I am now faced with extortionate energy costs because they don’t deem doors a priority. Mouldy walls too and they are charging me a fortune to rent out substandard property. Avoid

GoogleTrying to get your deposit back off Anderson's after your landlord has agreed is an absolute joke. Constantly lie to you over the phone. Funds have been released will be with you in 3-5 working days. Two weeks later, let me check with accounts and i'll call you back - no call back. Sarah Longstaffe has consistently lied to me, awful experience.

GoogleUnprofessional and unreliable service. We made an appointment on a Saturday to view a property where my partner and I travelled from Gloucester to Sutton Coldfield area. They were a no show to then state the following Monday the appointment was cancelled.... Not particularly helpful. In relation this review please below Justin and Liam Boddey review. How awkward Andersons.... Shocking.

GoogleANDERSON PROPERTY HAVE STARTED A NEW FORM OF SCAM COLLECTING HOLDING FEE FROM SEVERAL PEOPLE AND TOLD THE THERE REFERENCING WAS FAIL. WITHOUT NO REASON AND THEY'LL TELL YOU THEY CAN REFUND THE PAYMENT
