Very rude.

Spoke to a woman called Julie who said that she was the manager. She wouldn’t allow my self and husband to view a property. I called first and she told me it wasn’t available very abruptly so I thought that was strange. So I asked my husband to call, when my husband called me back he told me she said it was available. So I called her back to ask why she told me it wasn’t. Julie replied and said it wasn’t her that I spoke to although she was the only person in the office. My husband said that There’s a viewing time for 12 I said ok that’s fine but she then turned around and said that we could no longer view the property. Very strange. I will be making a complaint. Disgusting behaviour.

Worst agent to view a property

Must be worst agents in the Sutton Coldfield area, tried to book a viewing on a property that was listed just for one day and was told that all viewings were booked up. To add it all up they said they would take any more viewings even though they said they had only 4 bookings for the property. I hope that the sellers knows what is going on that they are losing potential buyers.

Shocking customer service

Extremely rude staff on a number of occasions regarding information not sent and arranging viewing on a property, have been expecting call backs twice on arranging a viewing on a property finally got one after complaining about not being called back twice to be told the day of viewing can't go as they have agreed a sale when only booked viewing yesterday afternoon. I would never use them for selling my house after the experience I received as someone trying to buy threw them.

Snotty behaviour within the Lettings Office **

Both myself and my partner were interested in renting a property in the Sutton Coldfield area.We went and had a look around the area of the said property, in which we spoke to one of the neighbours who knew the gentleman that was letting the property. He very kindly allowed for us to view the property.On entering Acres in Mere Green the following morning, to enquire about putting an application forward for this property, We were met with 2 women who were equally as rude and snotty as each other. AVOID!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely apalling

The Four Oaks office will not allow reviews on yell.com (conveniently!). I had dealings with Acres Lettings and Acres Estates based in Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, and had the worst experience I have ever had with an Estate/Lettings Agent. The attitude and approach by a couple of the staff there, and the Partner of the business, is appalling. I will never have anything to do with them again. Interestingly, if you take a look at 'allagents' website, every review about Acres gives 1/5 and have experienced the same lies and two-faced unprofessional approach as us. It goes on to advise that Acres Estates are ranked position 12392 out of 12552 in the UK (at time of writing)! There are plenty of other Estate/Lettings Agents in Sutton Coldfield (I have had dealings with all of them), and I would strongly recommend using a different one to Sell/Let your property.

Sellers beware

So far I have emailed and left messages (office was open but went to answerphone) trying to book a viewing. So far no contact from them after waiting several hours. Certainly the worst estate agent service we have received. I feel sorry for the seller who have trusted these people but are not getting customer service as I have no other way of viewing this property but I am considering not bothering.

Do not use acres lettings the staff are so so so rude ...Sam and Julie are horrendous so rude and patronising ... Sam thinks she can talk down to anyone and it's ok... not a way to run a business the partners need to wake up and see what a poor reputation this team has got ...
