i have just let my house out with Acres and i have to say the service i had was second to none the staff were friendly and kept me updated of the whole process the tenants they have found are great and have also said how good the staff were they processed everything quickly but thoroughly,i couldn't be happier

YellTerrible, Unprofessional, Untruthful
Experience with the Four Oaks branch- repeated lies and unprofessional approach. Left out of pocket and had to raise a complaint with mydeposits.co.uk, and the property ombudsmen. If you're having issues with them I suggest you do the same.

Liz at the Four Oaks branch is very rude and discourteous. When attempting to view a property she never returned any calls and was very rude when we rang 3 days later to ask why. Avoid if possible.

GoogleShame they don't have a no star option. The manager there couldn't complete on a house chain if it jumped up and bit her on the nose.
