GoogleCan’t recommend acres enough. I switched to acres during the COVID lockdown as my property had been on with another estate agent for over 6 months and not sold. Immediately Acres (Louise) gave me a realistic sale price and the viewings came in abundance, the property was sold within weeks for a price I was very happy with. They took the stress out of the whole sale; and as I live in London and am no longer in the local area, they certainly helped to give me peace of mind throughout the process. GoogleAs a tenant for many years I have observed that whenever something works in their favour the communication is flawless. The other way round - you end up waiting a long time or you’re being ignored. RESPONSE: Yes please! I have been sent a contract renewal with rent increase with less than a month’s notice and when I pointed it out the reply was „it is in line with your contract” ...what does that that even mean? Also I have been waiting for a deposit refund for 3 weeks now and when I chased it last week I had no reply.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleShame there is not a ZERO start ! this agent is really terrible. we used them which is completely wasted our time. I cannot believe from the manager to staff none of them are decent ! A typical Cowboy agent! They have no professional attitude, no moral , no knowledge, no Conscious . How could they run this estate agent business for so many years? Cannot imagine How many people have been suffered from their bad business attitude? They just want to take people’s money. Do not recommend this agent to sell your house !

GoogleWe would like to thank Acres for selling our house. After our first sale fell through, we were so disappointed, but Louise, Rose and Laura spurred us on to try again. They always had time for the many questions we had over the last few months. We have been in our house over 35 years and it's a big wrench to leave, but the ladies have helped it go smoothly.
