I recently used Acres to sell my property. Acres were quite simply excellent and I am glad that I chose them to be the estate agent that put my property on the market and helped me to sell it. Louise and the team at the Sutton Coldfield Acres Branch were very friendly, supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I used Acres in the past and I'm pleased to say Louise and her team lived up to and exceeded my previous experience... They take time to understand the objective and support you through the process whilst still being practical and realistic in what can be a highly emotional experience. Thank you team Acres... You are Brilliant!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Thank you Acres Estate Agents in Sutton Coldfield, my flat is finally sold! The whole team, but Claire in particular, have been really fantastic and I can not thank you enough. As a first time seller, your communication with both me and my solicitor has been so helpful. Thank you for offering advice, keeping me in the loop, chasing my buyer and his solicitor, letting me know what they have and haven’t done and for all the updates throughout the whole journey. Thank you Acres. I recommend you to anyone looking to buy and sell.

Any questions were handled quickly, and their recommendations for surveyors, solicitors, and insurance were very helpful. We felt supported and confident throughout the whole house-buying process. Highly recommend Acres as a trustworthy and supportive estate agency.

I have used several agents previously - all very mediocre at best. This includes one prominent Sutton Coldfield agent! However, Acres far surpasses the competition in every way. Louise, the branch director, is a true professional and was a pleasure to deal with. The team are likewise - I was always kept updated and any delays etc.. dealt with promptly and proactive. Forget the rest and head straight to Acres Sutton Coldfield. You wont be disappointed!

Louise and the whole team at Acres (Beeches Walk) have been brilliant from start to finish. Acres not only sold our property but also found our new home for us. They went above and beyond, keeping us informed of new properties and arranging early viewings. Once the sale and purchase was agreed, their contracts team chased all the solicitors involved (daily at times) to make sure the move went through. I was very impressed and would certainly engage them next time!

After making ambitious claims regarding the speed and value of the sale of our property during the first visit, Louise and her team went on to exceed expectations on all counts. Well done and thanks for a great service.
