I was unfortunate enough to have Daniel Redmond 'help' sell me a property. I put a deposit down filled out a form which he told me to put his name and company on so he would get his commission and after that no contact from him, no help during the exchange process, as a first time buyer I found this shocking. In the end the developer pulled out of the deal. No thanks to Daniel, who months later has still not contacted me regarding this. Absolutely no help. You might as well go on Zoopla contact the developer directly and save you and the developer a few thousand by cutting out Savills as they are no help whatsoever. This seems to be the Savills Brand as I know others who have had a bad experience with Savills in Ealing recently and other parts of London. Go with a small or heard of estate agent who will be keen to help you.

The preparations for marketing, launch of the sale and viewings were all managed under the expert guidance of Alistair Mercer, a director of their Guildford office and his team. The entire process was conducted in a highly professional manner from start to finish with a huge amount of attention to detail by Alistair to achieve the highly satisfactory desired result.
