Googleim an electrician and director of e.e.s. (Surrey) ltd based in addlestone Surrey. we do a lot of work for a lot of estate agents, letting agents and property management companies and find that working with dan parramore and his team at Martin and co staines is extremely easy due to them always being on the ball and very proactive with any electrical issues needing to be sorted. they come through to us quickly and we get them sorted as quickly as we can.

GoogleWe have used Martin and Co Staines as letting agents for the past eight years. In that time, we have always commended them on their professionalism, efficiency and integrity. A great team with superb interpersonal skills. Dec 17 Update: We recently sold our property through M&Co Staines and wish to testify to the excellent abilities of Joy Cook's Sales team. In particular, Owen Nato who displayed much diligence, patience and meticulousness - sadly qualities not always conspicuous in this business sector. He remained highly accessible throughout the entire transaction and deservedly earned the respect of both vendor and purchaser.

GoogleThis is my first property that I have bought and gone onto let. They were recommended to me at the time. I have now been their client for 2.5 years, and can only praise the service provided. Very professional from the very start. I generally deal with Maria, property manager, and she is one the most helpful and approachable person I have dealt with. Any problems or queries that arise are dealt with promptly and efficiently and have absolutely no reservations in recommending Martin and Co.

GoogleI transferred from another agency in Staines as I felt that I wasn't supported as a landlord, and that I was just a "cash cow"; the move to Martin & Co was the best decision I made relating to my property and I wish I had made it sooner. The staff are very helpful; they don't just come with a problem, they already have a possible solution, so you know that you can resolve any issues quickly. Whilst being based away from my property, having someone local who will just get on and fix any issues, is a huge relief. Thanks team - you make being a landlord much easier!

GoogleWe were new to the lettings market so approached a number of firms. We were impressed from the outset with the responsiveness and level of personal attention given to our relatively small letting by Joy Cook, one of Martin and Co’s principals. Joy happily provided contact details from other satisfied landlords and we approached them for feedback, which proved to be positive. The referencing process at the outset fortunately weeded out a couple of bad eggs and we soon had well-referenced and suitable tenants in place - and Martin and Co swiftly built a good working relationship with them. Throughout the letting, Martin and Co were quick to deal with any issues which arose. Something we really appreciated was Martin and Co’s ability to get competent professionals / tradesmen to the property to deal with various legislative requirements and any problems arising with the property: without that, letting our house would have been much more stressful. The entire team at Martin and Co is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and, above all, responsive and competent. Highly recommended.

GoogleI have been a client of Martin & Co (Staines) since the last quarter of 2011. The quality of the service I receive from them is always of the highest quality. The whole life cycle from finding a tenant, checking tenants in, performing on-site visits, checking tenants out, managing the cleaning, taking care of maintenance, arranging quotes for repairs, providing landlord advice, prompt statements etc is of the utmost excellence. I find the quality of the client feedback excellent. I always know exactly what is going on at all times. I live in Cape Town, and I have total peace of mind. Thanks to Martin & Co, including Joy, Doreen, Maria and Rebecca, who are all really great at what they do. Thank you once again, Roy.

'Martin & Co deliver a very professional & cost effective service achieved through good communication both with me & my tenants, cohesive teamwork, rapid turnaround on referencing & contracts & efficient financial controls & payments. They're always there when I've needed them when problems arise and are working in the background when I don’t. Working in partnership with them their consistent ‘consider it done attitude’ is reassuring, under Joy and Trevor Cooks’ management they’re the best letting agent I’ve used in the last 12+ years and would happily recommend them to other landlords.

GoogleMe and my girlfriend have been renting a property with Martin and co for a little under 18 months and have had such a pleasant experience with them since. We suffered a horrible time with a previous agent who was unwilling to help us, made us feel like every time we would mention something about the property it was our fault and no help at all! It is the complete opposite with Martin and Co who go out of there way to make sure we are comfortable in our home and keep lines of communication open between us and our landlords. I would highly recommend letting through martin and co as they will do there upmost as easy and pain free as possible!

GoogleI'm a Landlord that has used Martin & co's services for nearly 3 years while I have been working abroad. I have to say that they manage the property very well indeed, any issues that arise with the property have been communicated quickly and clearly. They always have tradesmen available to fix problems at a reasonable cost, they have taken great care of my property in my absence and taken a lot of the pressure off of renting out my property. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a rental management company.
