I had a really positive experience moving into my new flat with Martin & Co. The whole process was smooth, well-organised, and much less stressful than I expected. Jasmine and the team were fantastic from start to finish, always friendly, kind, and quick to help with any questions. I’m really grateful for all their support and would definitely recommend Martin & Co to anyone looking for a reliable and helpful letting agency.

From start to finish this has been the most efficient, respectful and informative process I could have asked for from Martin and co. The professionalism of the team at egham especially Jasmine Gahunia has been of the highest standard and I’ve so much gratitude for the way it’s been handled. All stress and worry was taken care of and left me convinced my best interests were at heart. Even with it being at Christmas the speed at which it was all done shows exceptional standards. Would recommend this company and team to anyone looking to rent, buy or sell.

Jasmine was incredibly helpful throughout our entire moving process. She was consistently communicative, organised, and easy to reach whenever we had questions. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, and the whole experience felt completely seamless. Despite the tight turnaround time, Jasmine made sure everything stayed on track. We’re really grateful for her support thank you, Jasmine!

Doreen has been AMAZING! Hit a bit of an issue and Doreen moved mountains to identify the issue and resolve it. It was of great importance to her/Martin&Co, to make certain that the issue was resolved both in the immediacy and longer term, ensuring I was completely reassured and satisfied, which I am. Thank you Doreen/M&Co, things happen, but it’s what’s done about them that matters and you made sure you did everything you could for me and more beside! 👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been a Tennant for past 18 months with Martin & Co, there dedication to resolving issues promptly and efficiently is something that shouldn’t go unnoticed. All the staff I have dealt with are amazing. Lynn from helping me secure the tenancy, always a pleasure to speak to. Also Imran is an absolute gentleman. his telephone manor is 10/10. He’s efficient and professional but also knows how to make me smile, Doreen is a star for providing excellent service and her staff are a credit to her and Martin&Co. Would recommend anyone👍

I don’t normally write reviews, but Jasmine truly deserves this. As a 19-year-old student, finding a place has been incredibly difficult, especially having to come face-to-face with so many things I’ve never had to deal with before. From the very start, Jasmine understood this and was nothing but comforting, thoughtful, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. She has such a warm and positive attitude, and you can immediately tell that she truly loves and cares about her job. Her support made an overwhelming situation feel manageable, and without her encouragement and reassurance, I honestly don’t know how far I would have gotten. I’m beyond grateful for everything she’s done and couldn’t recommend her enough. Jasmine if you’re reading this Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!! ❤️❤️❤️

I have been a Landlord for several years and can 100% say letting through Martin & Co has been the most efficient and thorough process that I have ever experienced. Doreen and the team, knew exactly the type of tenant I wanted and matched us perfectly. I cannot fault their fully managed service and would not only use them again but recommend them above anyone I have previously used.

Mrs Lynn is really helpful. She gave me the right advise. My case took around 6 months because of many issues. Was really complicated. She was very very patient. Honestly, she cares about the customer even if she will not get benefit in return. Can't thank her enough. Definetly recommend this agent.

Doreen and team are outstanding. An authentic team that truly cares about both the landlords and tenants. Having been on both side of the coin, I highly recommend Martin & Co for renting and selling your property. And for tenants out there - if you want to rent through an estate agent that is keen to identify your individual needs and align the right property to suit, then this is the place for you! The teams local knowledge sets them aside from the rest!
