GoogleI had a lovely experience with the Staines branch moving into my new flat. Everything was handled by Jolene who was incredibly professional and easy to talk to. She sorted everything out for me and was incredibly quick to respond to any questions I had. At all points she was very clear with the information she needed from me and was able to explain the process clearly. When it came moving day, we were actually running rather late, but Jolene was on hand to help and calm us down. She was kind enough to adjust her schedule substantially and meet us at the property to hand over the keys. I am incredibly grateful for all her help as she took all the stress out of moving at every stage. Wishing her all the best. She is a credit to the company.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI have no hesitation in recommending Martin & Co Staines to anyone looking to rent or buy. Originating from Edinburgh & having recently started work at London Heathrow I was on the lookout for a property to rent/house share so contacted Martin & Co. Doreen had the perfect match which was recently added to their books to suit my needs. Since processing I have found both Doreen & Imran have been very helpful in answering any questions I’ve had prior to moving in quickly & in full, liaising with the landlord & maintaining excellent knowledge of the property & area that they are selling. Now that I’ve moved in I look forward to being your new tenant & working alongside you. Thanks again Martin & Co. Andrew Steedman

GoogleI would very much recommend this estate agents. Myself and my partner were tenants with them for 2 years. Throughout that time they were very helpful, particularly Rebecca and Doreen. They were courteous and dealt with problems quickly and efficiently. When it came to move out they were very helpful and made sure our deposit was released quickly. As someone who has rented for well over 10 years and therefore come into contact with a lot of estate agents, I can safely say Martin and Co in Staines are the best that I have dealt with.

GoogleWe had recently moved to London and identifying a property that fits our needs wasn't easy until we met Doreen from Martin & Co. Honestly, we had just had a terrible experience with one other agency (do not want to name any), and were really very scared. Doreen showed us Hooper Court and we immediately liked it. We requested Doreen to block it for us; which she did. We arranged the payments over the next couple of days. The following Sunday, Martin & Co arranged a meeting with the landlord... and it was DONE. Everything was so smooth and Doreen went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She's been prompt with answering emails/phone calls and generally getting us settled so far. Along with Doreen, I fully recommend the staff at Martin & Co, Staines when renting a property. They are thorough professionals who know their jobs very well and have been fantastic throughout. It was the first time we had rented in the UK and there is a reputation that estate agents usually have but we have to say that everyone at this office of Martin & Co is very helpful. Finally, we are going to move into our new flat in Staines very soon and are really excited about it.

GoogleI worked with Martin and Co in Staines for the past two years. I can not fault their fully managed service, the girls in the office were always proactive and efficient. I also recently used Martins to sell my property. The communication levels and personal effort Owen made was above all expectations. If I could do it again I would still use Martins and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for looking after my property so well.

GoogleTotally unprofessional people, they work just on behalf of landlords and if you have a problem takes ages to be sorted out. I don’t recommend.
Hi there Cristi. I'm sorry you feel this way. You have made an allegation about your property start date which so far the landlord has not agreed to. Nor does the evidence of the signed contract and so on support this. We are reverting … More
