GoogleJoy, Maria and the rest of the team are without doubt the most proficient and professional agents I have come across during many years as a landlord. They have been willing to go the extra mile when required, provided advise and guidance, as well as being nice people. I would whole heartedly recommend them to landlords and tenants alike. Nobody else in Staines worth talking to.

GoogleMy property was one of the first property managed by Martin Co when they opened the branch in stains over 6 years ago. My experienced with Martin & Co has been excellent, professional and very good communication throughout the process. Without Martin & Co’s help I couldn’t have managed my property living and working Australia. I would highly recommend “Martin & co” stains branch!

My main contact is Rebecca Wilsher and she is good example of their professional, yet friendly approach. If you are new to the area and seeking accommodation, look no further.

GoogleMy experience with Martin Co has been excellent, professional and quick. As a tenant, I can recommend Martin Co. Good service, good communication and help with any issues were quickly and helpfully resolved. For example, when the heating broke, I was offered a replacement heater while waiting for repairs. Urgent issues even dealt with at weekend. Very good.
