Rang to enquire about a rental and the woman I spoke to was dismissive and rude. Very unhelpful even when I asked if there were any other properties available. She didn't offer to take my details and let me know if anything within our budget would come up. Extremely poor service and I'm only regretful I didn't get her name.

Very good experience letting through Leaders (Guildford). They are well organised and very professional with properties and communication. Problem were dealt with as quick as possible. Staff is very helpful and friendly, active to help in anyway they can assist. In particular, Michael McGiff was very helpful in dealing with any difficult situation that arose, and was a pleasure to work with. Getting in contact via phone throughout COVID-19 was a bit challenging, however they are very responsive via email and calling you back.
