I receive prompt replies and if one is not available the other covers.I would say the level of service has improved a lot in the last 2-3 years due to my interactions with these two members of staff.

Just a quick post to say how pleased I am with the service offered by Adeel, Michael and the team at the Guildford office. Adeel was very professional and personable when supplying the initial valuation and Michael appears to have secured us ideal tenants. Both have kept us informed at all times and showed great patience both with my naturally cautious nature and my struggles with electronic "paperwork". Estate agents get a negative press but, based on my experience so far, both Adeel and Michael belie this negative stereotype.

Finding a new place to live is always a stressful and difficult experience especially finding the perfect place and getting let down when you don’t get it. However experience through leaders Guildford was the complete opposite and a wonderful experience due to the help and support from Michael McGiff​. I can highly recommend Michael McGiff, Senior Lettings Consultant. He was really helpful on my first telephone enquiry to the office that I went to meet all the agents in Guildford Town Centre. Michael was one of only a few agents that actually took time to listen to my criteria. He suggested a property that didn't quite match that criteria but encouraged me to view the property anyway. We loved the property and instantly put in an offer to rent. Michael is very friendly, helpful and listens and was a pleasure to work with.

It is always a headache to find a suitable home but Leaders and especially Melanie Kane helped us a lot in it and really made the entire process hassle free and smoother. We were left with only around 20 days in vacating the existing flat when we approached leaders. She helped in processing everything so fast that we could manage to vacate the old apartment and shift to the new home on time. Melanie Kane was super helpful and organized in helping us select and finalize our place virtually. We had to relocate from India during the pandemic and apprehensive about signing a long-term lease without viewing the property in person. Melanie insured the property matched our requirements, arranged for a virtual home tour, and even stayed up after office hours to hand over the keys when our flight was delayed due to bad weather. I would not recommend this estate agents at all I have tried a few but this one is by far the wurst I went to view a place to rent and the lady who showed us around was not very pleasant at the start she never told us where everything was we had to look around and find things ourselves, her whole approach was totally unhelpful and not the person to be showing people around. Then we said we would put down a holding deposit Filled in the paperwork and we were kept waiting for a week until I phoned to ask what was happening ? Just to be told because I was Furloughed the landlord was not happy about it, my partner is in full time employment. There was no problem in making the payments at all as we were prepared to put a very large deposit on the property. I feel we were treated very unreasonable and they do not seem to be people that really are helping you. Another estate agents a few doors away were constantly calling really trying to help us get somewhere, unlike this one I gave it 1 star as could not review unless I gave it a star.
