My experience with this letting agency was nothing short of appalling. At the end of my tenancy, they attempted to charge me £180 for “cleaning” despite the property already being professionally cleaned and all cleaning issues being part of fair wear and tear, I offered a reasonable goodwill payment and even said I’d arrange my own cleaner. This was refused, I was then told I'd be taken to arbitration and would have to pay the fee if I lost, I ended up just paying the fee to avoid the stress which is obviously their tactic. Communication throughout the tenancy was just as bad. Requests were constantly ignored. I asked to move the rent payment date and got no reply. I reported that the boiler wasn’t making enough hot water and was told to take less hot showers instead of it being repaired, Absolutely zero regard for tenant wellbeing. This agency is unresponsive, dismissive, and clearly more interested in squeezing money out of tenants than providing a decent service. I’d strongly advise anyone to steer well clear.

My husband and I rented a property that has been managed by Leaders for the past two years. We have been very impressed with Leaders throughout this time. Our property manager, Larissa, always responded very promptly and sorted out any issues at the property very quickly. Sophie Burgess was also wonderful with regards to letting the property and minimising disruptions with viewings when we left the property. We would not hesitate to let another property through Leaders if we still lived in Guildford and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality letting agency.

Leaders Guildford was incredibly helpful in allowing us to rent our property. Firstly, they managed to secure and finalise the rental details in a week, as well as providing an attractive offer in terms of rent, with a simple zero deposit scheme. Secondly, the staff, principally helped by Jade Cook, were very helpful and accommodating with regards to payment plans as well as key collection during out of hours. Sophie and Lauren from the Leaders team in Guildford were incredibly helpful during my visit. They not only showed me around the house but also took the time to answer all of my questions patiently. Their friendly attitude made the entire experience pleasant. Overall, it was a positive and reassuring encounter that left me with a great impression of Leaders' team in Guildford. I also managed to get all the work needed after the viewing done really quick as well and there was no delay, which was great to secure my room in the house!
