I had the pleasure to deal with Joshua Gultig, lettings negotiator. He was very professional, polite, kept us informed, called me back the next day with answers to the questions that arose during the viewing. He had very good knowledge about the property and the area. He was also very kind, offered us an umbrella while we waited for the viewing, although the wait was only a couple of minutes. Overall an outstanding experience compared to all the other agents I have dealt with.

I began renting my flat with John D. Wood, Fulham Road, in 2010. I live in Edinburgh, so it was important for me to have good management and choice of tenants. in both these area they have been exceptional. They dealt promptly with any issues. in particular the management of Eduard Popa and Stephen English have been first class.I decided to sell the flat this April. Huw Jones has been in charge, and once again his service has been first class. A number of people looked at the flat, I selected a buyer, and we conclude next week. My compliments to the professionalism I received which ensured a very satisfactory outcome.

Radyah Sultana, so rude and unprofessional

Radyah Sultana at Docklands & City office, who is in charge of the paperwork, was so rude, unprofessional, dishonest and impatient. I have received passive-aggressive threats from her and had a really bad experience.We worked smoothly with Egle and David, and paid the deposit very early.However, the contract was ready only 3 days before moving in, even though all the reference checks were ready two weeks ago!I understand that Radyah was sick for a few days, but I am unhappy that she made an excuse and LIED that the reference checks were just done yesterday. Now because of her inefficiency, I have to be efficient.Well, I am a customer, and she is the god.

AVOID JDW AT ALL COSTS

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not subject yourself to the JDW Weybridge office if you can avoid it - they have provided easily the worst service we have ever experienced. We have been renting for 3 months in a JDW managed house. There are multiple material ongoing issues from a leaking roof to broken heating and the agent does not do anything about - for months. We have a 1 year old child who is suffering constant sickness now. They have lied to us about repair parts being ordered and have not held the landlord accountable for fixing anything. Jazz Dillon is of particular incompetence. She has promised us a call with senior management and of course, radio silence.

I had an excellent experience using JD Wood in Weybridge. The team (Tom, Ruby and Quinton) worked very well together, with Ruby taking the lead role in negotiations with myself, and keeping me updated as the sale process worked its way through. Ruby’s strong relationships with my local solicitor and the buyer’s estate agent agent kept the chain on track at key moments. The house sold was that of my mother’s after she sadly passed away. John d wood We decided to sell our rental property in Weybridge through John D Wood after a positive and enthusiastic conversation with Tom Barham, the office manager. They Set up 10 viewings in days resulting in 3 potential offers. Each potential buyer was well qualified, assessed and recommendations made. Unfortunately our chosen buyer withdrew after 6 weeks. At this point it felt like the whole office went into overdrive and viewings were organised in hours! They found a perfect buyer and we completed in a month. Great overall experience when renting a flat in Fulham through John D Wood.Eduard Popa was extremely helpful with my flat search. He was able to address all questions about the property I was inquiring about in a very professional and reliable manner.Finding a flat in February 2022 when most companies and universities are asking people to come back to London had become an impossible mission, taking most of my evenings and weekends.I walked into John D Wood at 10am on a Saturday, and by 2.30pm, my offer had been accepted and one week deposit paid to secure the property. Eduard removed the property from the website in front of me to avoid any future misunderstandings.
