Alex and Neil have been an absolute delight to work with on the sale of my house. They are utterly professional and act with honesty and integrity. If you're thinking of selling, you couldn't wish for a better team.

Had the pleasure of dealing with the Farnham Office of Gascoigne-Pees Lettings. Unfortunately I missed out on a property though them and had to settle with second best. However I wanted to take the time to thank the team for their efforts and patience. Would highly recommend them all.

Communication was poorly, and the description of the property wasn't correct

The description of the property didn't mention no children at all, it even said that those with children it had schools nearby, I think the communication was very poor, and should be stated in the description no children to avoid waste of time.

Untrustworthy, liars and horrible customer service

They would lie and say anything to get you to sign the dotted line(basingstoke office) , they claimed the property was managed by them but once I ran into my 1st issue in a few days they refuse to do anything. Absolutely disgusting, steer clear of them

The rental team is the best that I have encountered and really understand the concept of customer service. Both Katie and Louise are incredibly professional and a real pleasure to work with. As a landlord I couldn’t ask for anything better. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Having initially met Norbert and then Darren I was most impressed with their professional manner. Having been let down by another local estate agent, these guys have restored my faith regarding this profession. They have both been consistently working hard re the sale of my property

As a Tenant having used other letting agencies in the past, I would strongly recommend Gascoigne Pees in Farnham without hesitation. The level of customer service is professional, courteous, but most of all, they offer an ethos that offers service above and beyond normality. We have had the pleasure to deal with both Travis Rashley and Katie Jones, Katie being the Lettings Branch Manager. Katie offers both wisdom and knowledge beyond her years. Travis under Katie's leadership and mentoring offers experience beyond his years. So whether you are a tenant looking for a place to call 'home' or a landlord wanting to secure a tenant who will treat your property like it's their own 'home', look no further and place your trust firmly into the welcoming hands of Gascoigne Pees Lettings in Farnham. Just tell them Andrew sent you.
