This is the second time we have worked with Sarah at Mann and she was fantastic from start to finish. She goes way above and beyond any other agent. she is professional yet personal. She continually updated us throughout the process and her negotiation skills are next to none even the other agent commented on how on the ball and professional she was. She worked so hard to keep us positive during there course of our move even on her day off which took a very long time due to other agents and time wasters. Thank-you Sarah! We would highly recommended her to anyone.

I would like to thank Sarah and the team at Mann estate agents for all, their work, support, advice and guidance. Over the course of 2 .5 years our chain broke 3 times leading to the loss the house we intended to purchase. This was an incredibly stressful process during which I cannot speak highly enough of Mann and in particular Sarah. Mann worked tirelessly to find a buyer and to assist with the process of selling our property. We were kept updated and Sarah was always there to discuss any issues with us. Eventually we secured another buyer through Mann and recently exchanged contracts. We have no hesitation in recommending Manne estate agents who in our opinion went above and beyond.

It’s always a very stressful time selling a property and this time has been no exception, with a buyer pulling out last minute and then having to remarket again, then finding nothing suitable myself, but I can honestly say that despite these hiccups Sarah Allen and her team of helpers made it somewhat bearable at least. Sarah, the epitome of super cool and straight talking, was able to sell my property not once but twice and within very short periods of time, Amy’s tips and advice managed to make the property look like something out of a magazine and Simon’s gentle follow through to the ultimate conclusion made for a very happy client indeed. Sarah at Mann in Redhill was so helpful with our mortgage advice. initially she gave us support in considering our best options and then transferred us to her mortgage adviser who was brilliant throughout the rest of the process. Both Sarah and her adviser liaised with us through every aspect of deciding which mortgage was right for our needs. They were friendly and professional which gave us great confidence. The entire process was unbelievably easy and we are so happy with the mortgage rate and deal we received. A fantastic team, who were very professional, friendly and caring. Photographs were taken and uploaded to the website very quickly and 30 viewings were arranged in 1 week. I was impressed by Mann in Redhill right from the initial valuation of my property; Sarah has unparalleled knowledge of the area and was very clear in explaining how the value of my flat was derived and the level of interest I could expect. I cannot thank Emily (head of lettings, Farnham office) enough for finding me new tenants after poor experience with previous agent (a completely different company.) She achieved a 35% increase in gross rent for me, too! I noted more proactivity in 3 weeks from GPees than in 3 years from their predecessors. I was kept fully informed before and after every viewing, and despite most viewings taking place in appalling wet weather there was never a sign of recent footfall across the brand new carpet. If I could give them six stars, I would!

Through what at times was a very difficult sale and purchase process, Mann helped ease things along and reduce what could have been a terrible process (due to other agents I should emphasis) Sarah at Mann, Redhill Branch was always helpful and talked us through all the things we needed to know and helped chase up everyone else, when they weren't wanting to be helpful! I had two fantastic companies value my property and could only choose by the toss of a coin, but Sarah and her team at Gascoigne Pees have been absolutely excellent throughout the process. From the enthusiasm and friendliness displayed during the valuation through to the sale of my property at no point did I feel left out of the process or lacking in feedback. It was an immensely smooth transition from photo's to sales brochure, open day and client assessment through to the sale process and ensuring everything was completed in a timely manner. Especially the amount of chasing they did on my behalf when one part of the chain was proving difficult to ensure that everything stayed on track. Gascoigne Pees Redhill have been amazing through out our flat buying process. We first had viewings with Joe and he was very inviting and had all of the answers to our questions about the flats. Jess showed us around our flat at very late notice one evening and nothing was ever a problem! It was very hard to view flats with other companies in the evenings but Jess was very accommodating and understood that we work full time. Sarah was amazing! She helped us so much with it being our first time buying, extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the buying process. If Sarah had said she would get back to you, she always did and we always appreciated a quick call or email to track the process. The Redhill mortgage adviser Jason was also very helpful and always had the answers to our questions which we always had!
