A Professional Service

My rental move was made easy, I had someone always available for questions and I found the process simple, professional and approachable.

The team at Redhill really helped make the purchase of our first home fairly stress free. They were knowledgeable about the property and always responded promptly to correspondence. I would not hesitate to recommend them both in a professional or personal capacity.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

In a challenging market, Sarah worked very hard for months to get us buyers, and once we had them she was instrumental in making sure the sale progressed, talking to people up and down the chain, chasing solicitors and at times keeping me from pulling out of the sale altogether. First class

Sarah at Mann's was fantastic, she really knows her stuff. Without her help, support, guidance and straight talking we would not have sold our property. A real asset to Mann and the industry - she cuts through the rubbish and tells you how it is!! I would use them again without hesitation.

Thank you to all the team at Mann & Co Redhill for the smooth processing of selling my mother's house. It was a sensitive issue and Sarah approached this with empathy and professionalism, for which I was very grateful. Very pleased with the result too: good advice and good outcome.

Communication was poorly, and the description of the property wasn't correct

The description of the property didn't mention no children at all, it even said that those with children it had schools nearby, I think the communication was very poor, and should be stated in the description no children to avoid waste of time.

Having sold within the hour! Sarah, Amy and Simon looked after me and finally having completed are still helping out. Impressed with the team work and the gentle advice and guidance throughout what is often a curiously interesting period of your life.. I'm so happy that I chose Manns!

I would like to thanks the whole team at Mann who helped us through the sale of our mother's flat, despite staff changes enforced by illness and Covid. they were polite, knowledgeable and liaised will with both solicitors. Thanks again team!

Untrustworthy, liars and horrible customer service

They would lie and say anything to get you to sign the dotted line(basingstoke office) , they claimed the property was managed by them but once I ran into my 1st issue in a few days they refuse to do anything. Absolutely disgusting, steer clear of them

Excellent service. Team work between staff was top rate. Creatively redeveloped marketing as initial reactions to advert were assessed. Good liaison with new solicitor when first solicitor was useless. Well done.

Ben was a miracle worker.

Ben managed to find us a flat and do all the paperwork from start to finish in 3 days. He did an amazing job for us and saved us from being homeless. He was incredibly responsive and always had time for my little questions. thank you so much for everything

Sarah Allen, Branch Manager, worked on both the purchase and sale of an apartment in Redhill for us. Despite most likely giving her multiple hernias she was always supportive and incredibly diligent. Would highly recommend if you are wanted an agent who is on your side.

Unable to get deposit back!

This is a nightmare situation, if l could give zero stars l would. My ex partner died in his flat, been trying for months to get my deposit back from them, ring ring, speak to people and nothing happens. Now writing letters, will go all the way. Awful customer service.
