GoogleWe have viewed several properties through Cubitt and West Banstead. I cannot rate Cian highly enough. I would say we have high expectations of Cubitt and West, having had family members and friends working for them in the past, but Cian even surpassed these. He takes care to fully understand the area and property before matching these with potential buyers. He listens to feedback and adjusts his approach accordingly- he really is an absolute star and a pleasure to work with- I wish we had sold our property through him- he is definitely a cut above every other estate agent we have come across.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe could not praise the service we received from Cubitt & West Banstead enough - especially our agent Alison! As first time buyers we did not know what to expect with the whole process, however we received the best support and guidance from Alison. Unfortunately, the property we were originally purchasing fell through, but that didn't stop the excellent customer service we received from Cubitt and West Banstead and they continued to support us with our house hunting journey with regular check ins and viewings. GooglePurchased my forever home through Cubitt and West and throughout the process have had the absolute best service I could ask for. From the first viewing I had with the company through to finding my house all staff kept in contact at all times. Natasha and Lindy gave 5* service after my offer was accepted , through to exchange and completion. Chasing progress all the way and keeping me updated. Great girls , with great senses of humour and personalities that made the whole process seem less stressful and smooth.
