GoogleBeing a University Student looking for a new place, I was initially very sceptical about the Tenancy Process and was worried that it would be a tedious and complicated affair. Fortunately, Carmen, the agent I worked with, quashed all those fears comprehensively. Instantly responsive and incredibly friendly, she not only eased me into the process but ensured every step took place in a timely and efficient manner. Furthermore, she was always willing to lend a hand with the property even in matters that fell outside her area of expertise. Most importantly however, her enthusiasm was infectious and she made me feel like a valued customer. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new property in London.

I had great experience working with Natalie because she was: - punctual - very nice - proactive. Although we were going to see only one appartment, she also suggested seeing another one 2 min away. Both appartment Swede exactly what I was looking for. - responsive. She was answering calls and emails even during the weekend. - efficient. She managed to show 2 apartments with all the details in less than 30min. She was very considerate about the fact that I am on schedule and need to go back to work. Most importantly, when the landlord came back with the offer that was out of my budget that we discussed initially, Natalie made and extra push and negotiated it back to the price I wanted on my behalf. I really appreciated this extra effort, because this appartment was exactly what I was looking for from quality, distance from work, available dates standpoints.
