GoogleI approached Madley relating to a property I wished to rent. Despite the landlord refusing to accept a few of my offers Natalie continued to help me in the matter. She was patient despite the landlord being a little bit tricky and continued to provided me with good advice which eventually contributed to an offer being accepted by the landlord. Natalie was extremely friendly and I felt no hesitation in approaching her whenever I had queries. Her willingness to help made what is usually a stressful process much more pleasant.

GoogleRent from these people at your own risk.They offer the worst services ,send contractors into your apartment without your permission and when you complain they turn against you.I was forced to move out their property as I could not deal with the rudeness and poor treatment from staff.They started refurbishing my apartment with contractors running up and down the scaffolding and because I work nights,I had to start sleeping in a friends place during the day.And whenever I complained to them,they got rude.Even after I finally moved out,they completely kept my deposit silent and tried working with the landlord to retain the whole deposit.Now they try change their name from Madley thinking they can run away from all the bad deeds they have done.Use them at you own risk
Hi Daniel, we’re sorry to see you have left this review. After speaking with the team, we would like to clarify a few things as your review does not reflect the situation fairly. As you are aware, our company was not in charge of refurbishing the block. This was the responsibility of the block managers and we just managed the apartment you were living in. We informed you that the works would be taking place well ahead of them starting and you decided to renew your tenancy agreement for a further term. Unfortunately you were aggressive and threatening to staff members and caused damage to the property. At the end of the tenancy, the landlord went through the proper channels with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS) to retain part of your deposit to cover the damages. The TDS awarded the landlord compensation for the way you had treated their property.

GoogleMadley Property is probably the best property/letting agency I’ve come across during my stay in the Uk, their customer service is 💯 the best, their property agents and Letting Negotiators are very very helpful. My experience with them has been one of a kind and I was able to secure a letting in the space of a week. Thanks to Carmen and Matt and every other person in the background that helped in making the process easy, I’m truly grateful. God bless you all.

GoogleThis is the worst, most irresponsible, and rudest agency I have ever dealt with! They moved us into a disgusting apartment, broken ceiling, mold, leaking pipes. When I asked for help, the agent lied and ignored me until I had no choice but to hire a lawyer. Only then did they finally respond! Any repair took months of waiting, and at the end of the tenancy, they refused to return our deposit, ignored emails for a month! Only after persistent follow-ups and two months of waiting was the money finally returned. This agency is a scam. Unprofessional, unreliable, and arrogant. If you don’t want to go through hell, stay far away from them!

GoogleAfter 1 year of legal battle and differences, we have finally been able to recover our full deposit. This agency tried to impose a rent increase that was completely at odds with our tenancy agreement on us. They have continuously tried to manipulate, gaslight, and threaten us to accept this illegal rent increase for months. We reported them to the Property Redress scheme and won. After that, they tried again to steal our money through the tenancy deposit scheme. Good thing they were smart enough to communicate an internal email trail showing how their own legal counsel had told them that the rent increase they were trying to impose on us was illegal. So we won again :) But it has taken us hours and hours of discussions, education, and patience to get there. I would advise that you save yourself the trouble and not approach this agency with a 10 foot pole it will be the best decision you made on that day.

She was able to recommend another property after the original one we wanted had already been let. Which turned out to be the one! GoogleI can’t recommend Madley highly enough. They looked after us so well from the very beginning and coaxed our sale through - ironing out problems and constantly updating us. Natalie was just brilliant - very relaxed but super efficient and so professional. We never once felt stressed with her on our side.
