GoogleLewis showed us around the property and was kind, polite and friendly. Service was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and on the ball. Communication is sonic important for us. GoogleTerrible experience. We inquired about a property that had been on the market for over six months. Aaron claimed it was 'unavailable' only at the very end of our conversation, but this was untrue, I had confirmed with his colleague just two days earlier that it was available. It seemed like a tactic to push other suggestions or their financial services. Dishonest and unprofessional, very disappointing.

Chancellors have been average in the dealings we've had, but the one person that has been exceptional, is Shana Tolsma, who is the senior property manager, who has looked after any issues with our property whilst we have been letting. She has always been very attentive and prompt in responding to issues and always with a positive attitude.

GoogleI don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write one about the amazing customer service we received when dealing with Danielle Sheperd over the last six years. Danielle goes above and beyond for her vendors and prospective buyers. I always felt confident during the process as she had everything in hand. I never felt like I needed to worry as she is extremely capable and brilliant at her job. She is a credit to her company, who need more employees with the same attitude and customer care skills as Danielle ⭐️
