Hi it’s been a month since we moved into our rental in lightwater. Been a bit hectic so apologies only getting round to this. Having dealt with many estate agents it was quite refreshing to come across Enzo Gemmoni at Chancelllors. He was trustworthy in his approach and friendly. He did not invade our private space while we looked at the house and did not over do the selling. He came round the house with us and let us get on with looking. He was quick off the mark with all of the due dillegence that was needed once our offer was accepted. He accompanied us on a 2nd viewing and was friendly and helpful once again. Having bought and sold around 7 houses in the last 15 years, I would suggest a few more agents take a leaf out of his book. As a business owner, it would be nice to see Enzo with his own agents one day. Keep up the good work Enzo

Shockingly unprofessional and insistent. Clearly the business must be slow because they kept calling me after repeatedly telling them that I am not selling anymore and I’m not interested in renting. I explicitly told them to remove my number from their lists. They ignored that and kept calling me to get me on the market as if nothing happened. Chancers is a definition that comes to mind.
