Not the best experience in relation to my landlord but Lauren Clancy who was my contact at chancellor’s was excellent. So many issues with the property I was renting but Lauren went above and beyond to try and resolve them as quickly as she was able.

Luke is a lovely young man, very knowledgeable and came prepared with a couple of issues to the property with certificates, quotes and also answered every question. There was no sense of urgency to rush the viewing. It would be great if all agents were like Luke.

I would like to see a big thank you to Chancellors Letting Agent south east management team. Dana to be precise - this is a thank you for all your hard work and patience. I would also like to say thank you to Maya, John, and Liberty. They always attend to my call and every issue I have at the Property. I have used different Letting agencies overtime but the experience I have had with Chancellors has been easy and seamless. Their communication level is clear, respectful, and very understanding. Honestly, all the staff at Chancellors were fantastic and so so helpful throughout our selling process, but one agent in particular was just outstanding and that was Charlotte Morgan. Her communication and support was absolutely brilliant. Even out of the office, she made sure to always get back to us. Even during times of anxiety she made us feel so settled and would be so knowledgeable with all areas of the process. She completed the final viewing of the house and got us over the line! We will forever be grateful to her and the amount of client care she offered. To the team at Chancellors, we really appreciate your time and for helping us to move on to our forever home.

GoogleJUST MOVED INTO FROGMORE PARK DRIVE ON THE 12TH FEB. FROM INITIAL CONTACT TO MAKING OFFER WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. ALFIE SHOWED US AROUND PROPERTY, AND HIS MANAGER WAS DEMI, I FELT SHE WAS NOT BEING HONEST WITH ME WHEN I MADE OFFER. I SHOULD HAVE STUCK TO MY GUNS AND NOT FALL FOR THEIR SALES TACTIC. I HAVE OVERPAID THE JUNIOR ALFIE WAS EXCITED BECAUSE HE PROBABLY MADE HIS FIRST SALE AND TRIED HIS BEST TO HELP AND ANSWER QUESTIONS, BUT I REMEMBER THE REAL ISSUES I HAD WERE WITH HIS MANAGER. WE MOVED INTO HOUSE AND REALISED A LOT OF ISSUES AND PROBLEMS WITH PROPERTY THAT CAN NOT BE SEEN ON VIEWINGS. WE HAD NO HOT WATER AND NO HEATING FOR WHOLE DAY, WE PHONED OUR GAS SUPPLIES AND THEY TOLD US TO CALL AGENT BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS GOOD ON THEIR SIDE. AGENT CHANCELLOR TOLD US UPTO 300 POUNDS FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT, NOW HOW DO I ANSWER MY KIDS OVERALL, I AM VERY SAD AND UPSET, I HAVE LEANRT A LOT THIS EXPERIENCE AND NOW UNDERSTAND HOW AGENTS OPERATE. MY ADVISE TO OTHERS IS TO GO AND SEE PROPERTY SEVERAL TIMES AND THEN MAKE OFFER, EVERY TIME YOU WILL FIND FAULTS. I WILL NEVER FORGIVE CHANCELLORS FOR THIS PROBLEM AND PROPERTY AND IF ANYONE APPROCAHED ME, I WOULD TELL THEM WHAT HAPPENED TO ME.

GoogleDemi and Pierce have worked hard to sell our house in a tricky climate. They have been amazing from the start. Having changed agents due to lack of progress we had a meeting with Demi on the Saturday, had professional photographs arranged for the following Tuesday, was listed by Wednesday afternoon, an open day arranged for 10 days later- the following weekend on the Saturday. Pierce who was leading the open day spent a great deal of time with us to meet us understand our house and us as individuals which paid huge dividends as the house was under offer by the end of the open day. We're still progressing the legal details and working towards exchange but Chancellors have been absolutely amazing.

Grace Betts is a a super property manager. She's calm, proactive, and very competent. She also picks up the phone! And she gets things fixed the very same day: which is completely exceptional, in our experience. We had several snarl-ups with our buy to let and Grace has sorted them all out. It's great to feel our property is being managed by such very safe hands.
