GoogleIf you are looking to sell a property, I highly recommend Seymours. I had a fantastic experience selling my late aunt’s leasehold flat with them. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they kept me informed at every stage of the process. This was very much required as I am based in Scotland and was completely clueless about the English conveyancing system. It was a great team effort throughout from Nick, Sam & Jenny. Jenny deserves special praise for keeping me appraised on what was going on throughout the sale even when my own lawyers continually failed with their communications. She was extremely patient and managed to keep me relatively calm during the stressful months prior to completion. Thank you Seymours- it was a pleasure working with you!

GoogleYikes, not happy with a company not complying with all of the estate agent regulations, according to HMRC. Massive fine for not complying. Haven't used them, but while looking around the Surbiton area, and researching who to use, I'd advise everyone to do the same. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/businesses-not-complying-with-money-laundering-regulations-in-2018-to-2019/businesses-that-have-not-complied-with-the-regulations-2023-to-2024
