Having spent a year looking for our new house, we dealt with a range of estate agents before we came across Seymours - all of them pushy, overly salesy, full of themselves, and generally not the nicest to deal with. Seymours on the other hand were simply brilliant. Nick from Seymours could not be more different - he is an absolute breath of fresh air to deal with. He is honest, he is consultative, he knows exactly what he is talking about, he provides good advice and knows his market absolutely inside out. He’s also a very nice, decent bloke and friendly to work with as well. I couldn’t recommend Nick highly enough. Whether buying or selling make Seymours your first call - these guys are experts in what they do and are a pleasure to work with. They absolutely set the bar in terms of estate agents. Would 100% recommend and use again.

Fantastic service from Nick and his team, We would definitely recommend Seymours to anyone buying or selling their home. Nick couldn't have been more helpful, he was attentive, helped with any questions we had (day and night!) and found us the right buyers for our house we were selling. Great experience with Seymour’s letting agency. We had Charlie B as our estate agent who we were able to make fast appointment to see the property we had in mind. We then really loved the place and Charlie went above and beyond to help us get the flat we really wanted. Seymour’s seemed to have a close relationship with the landlord, which was helpful too. The transition from seeing the flat, putting our offer down and being accepted was quick and easy. No extra costs to use the agency too which is a big help for us as this is the first time we’ve rented. Easy to get hold of Charlie and keep in contact with throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Their team responded within a few minutes of my online valuation enquiry to come and value my property, were so knowledgeable on site, friendly, and supportive. So Seymours were not our estate agents when it came to selling our property but the agents we were buying from and even though that was the case Kian and Sam were amazing. From the offset Kian was really enthusiastic about the property we bought and that really helps in what can be such a stressful experience, he made it a positive experience and kept us updated throughout the process and celebrated with us when we exchanged! Sam was also a pleasure to do deal with. He kept up excellent communication with ourselves, our agents and our solicitors to progress the process which may be obvious but we appreciated the nudges and all the advice he provided along the way.
