GoogleWe have known HJC and Suzanne for many years. We bought and sold our first house in the area with HJC; bought and sold two investment properties with Suzanne and now, last month, our family home. We had always said to Suzanne that when the time and market were right that we would sell; she kept in regular touch over the years, approached us when she saw the opportunity and successfully sold our house with a great outcome for all involved. The house was sold through her own network without going to the market formally. It was a complicated and tricky process, but Suzanne managed it very well, keeping closely in touch up and down the chain and managing solicitors. She would email, phone and text at evenings and weekends. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend HJC and Suzanne in particular.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The property was marketed on the Friday and by the end of Saturday we had 3 offers one of which we accepted. The process after that was managed well. When we met the new tenants they were also complimentary of the way HJC conducted themselves - no hard sell, just good people to deal with. Without a doubt it was the most stressful thing we have ever done and I am positive there is no way the sale would have gone through without Suzanne. She had to contend with a particularly unhelpful solicitor and even had to liaise with our neighbour who decided to raise a fictitious dispute. She took calls on her day off and well into the evening for several months and was brilliant at managing our expectations. I would not hesitate to use HJC / Suzanne again. GoogleDue to International relocation we needed to rent a house without seeing it. This could have been rather daunting and fraught but the team at HJC have been fantastic at keeping us informed throughout the process. They were flexible and understanding, working with friends of ours through the viewing and collection of keys etc. Their attention to detail has been outstanding., from a thorough walk through of the property and inventory to a "moving in note" detailing property features, even down to the names of our new neighbours! Excellent service, it's been a pleasure dealing with every member of the team through the process.

GoogleWe rented a property via HJC for almost 2 years and ended up purchasing a town house property using their services. I have found the service they have offered to be of a very high professional level. Everyone I have interacted with at the Surbiton office has been very warm and approachable. I would like to single out the Sales Manager Suzanne for her drive and determination in finding my partner and I the ideal property. After a couple of properties falling through we almost gave up hope but in the end we couldn't be happier with the purchase we made. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleWe have recently bought a house in Surbiton and HJC were the estate agents instructed by the sellers. From our initial call through to completion we have found them to be extremely good, reliable, knowledgeable and professional. They were always in touch through the process, informing and updating us regularly. They were also great at providing local knowledge and always able to offer solutions to the small problems that inevitably arise when buying a house. Karen and Suzanne are excellent and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. We are not planning on selling out house any time soon, but if we did we would definitely ask Karen and Suzanne for help.
