TrustpilotHJC Thames Ditton
My wife and I have recently bought a flat via HJC Thames Ditton and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The level of individual attention we received was second to none and the service really was excellent in general, we have zero complaints. We dealt solely with our agent Atri from our initial viewing all the way to through to completion and I can honestly say that she is a credit to her company and the profession as a whole, a lovely lovely woman.

TrustpilotI bought my flat back in 2012 and HjC…
I bought my flat back in 2012 and HjC was the estate agent who was marketing the propriety. After when I decided to let it, I asked them to manage on my behalf and they did. Overall I am always being happy about their service, rate and quality of work. This week I completed the sale of it under a very uncertain circumstances due to the covid-19. Atri Noroozpour dealt with it since the beginning and helped me for the entire process . I can strongly recommend HJC

GoogleWe had a viewing on Friday afternoon with the lovely Emma and she was wonderful really listened to what we were saying and gave us space to view the property without stating the obvious. The whole team have guided us through the process and we have been kept informed about every step of the process. We’ve been messed about with numerous estate agents over the last few months and so many haven’t even returned our phone calls and they don’t seem to know what they are doing which has been incredibly frustrating. So this process while still stressful has been made a lot easier with people who actually know what they are doing.

GoogleHJC have been excellent with our property transaction, in particular Suzanne who has done everything we asked for - nothing was too much trouble.

GoogleMyself and my partner moved over 300 miles into the area (also in the middle of a global pandemic!), so we expected it to be quite difficult to manage both viewings and paper work virtually - but the team (Emma and Manique especially) we’re incredible from start to finish. We had some really bad experiences with estate agents in the past and these guys restored our faith. We could not recommend them enough :-)PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI put a flat in Surbiton on the market in January with HJC and another agent in Surbiton. Before the other agent did anything, Suzanne Morgan had arranged several viewings within a few days and which resulted in 3 offers, one of which we accepted. The sale was completed within 6 weeks. She really knows the market and provided honest and accurate advice regarding pricing. I would certainly recommend using her.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleHJC Surbiton worked on purchasing our property. We were very pleased with the service provided. FacebookHJC has been so completely on top of things. We really feel supported as tenants by them, even with a difficult landlord. They have been very quick to respond to issues. I would even go so far as to pro-active! When a rapairmen hired by the landlord was coming, and failed to come the first time, HJC inquired why he hadn't come. Then, when he was scheduled to come the second time, they e-mailed promptly to find out if he had come or not. Manique especially is wonderful to with. I highly recommend HJC.

GoogleIt has been an enormous privilege to engage with HJC Surbiton. Both Suzanne and Karen have been exemplary in their approach to customer service and ongoing support throughout a rather difficult transaction. They have been both professional and supportive at the same time, which makes all the difference in the world at a very stressful time. Without question, I have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly. Many thanks to every member of the team.
