GoogleOur sellers were using HJC for the sale of their property but from the support and responsiveness we received personally during the process, it felt like we recruited them ourselves! We got much more than our estate agents we used for our sale which spoke volumes! Our main point of Suzanne Morgan checked in regularly and helped push the sale through with the wider chain each day. GoogleI simply adore the team at HJC! We popped into the office to let them know that we were on the hunt for a home and our dream location. In the space of only a few days/weeks we received a call to say that a home in the exact location was about to become available and that they wanted us to know about it before anyone else. We immediately took it before it went online and we are forever grateful to the team for their help on this. We absolutely love living here and the team have continued to be nothing but supportive since we made the move. They are complete gems! To this day, so many of the other estate agents in Surbiton have not called or emailed us once with recommended properties - and that was months ago now. If you are looking for a property in the Surbiton area, or looking to sell/rent your property then I cannot recommend HJC enough!

GoogleI have rented a property via HJC for 3 years, my contact was Manique, who made me feel as though I was her only client. Manique’s attention to detail, speed of response, and communication between my Landlord and myself has been second to none. Any problem was dealt with instantly, and I was never made to feel a nuisance. If I was a Landlord, I would be very happy with HJC managing my property and would highly recommend them.
