GoogleJust completed today on the sale of my Aunt's flat in Surbiton and everything went so well: Dealt mainly with Suzanne, but all staff were helpful/responsive etc. V much appreciated the honest and objective valuation from the start, the marketing, the checking of the buyers, the help with negotiating the sale price, and the subsequent follow-up - all pretty smooth, and all during a pandemic!

GoogleAwful experience as a tenant with HJC surbiton. Very unresponsive lettings team, fees were the highest I've ever paid renting in London and no support when we had issues with our rental accommodation. Avoid if you can.
