Can highly recommend Miran and Noor at Hawes & Co for those looking to rent. My wife and I had quite a complex situation and they were very helpful in terms of making everything happen. Miran in particular saved the day when I really thought all was lost. If you find yourself dealing with Miran then you can relax knowing you are in safe hands. He really went above and beyond. Definitely someone who cares about those he is dealing with. Bravo.

I have just managed to exchange on a flat that was handled by Hawes & Co. It was a really protracted, difficult & tricky transaction for numerous reasons. I was looked after throughout the whole process by Damian Anderson who I have to say was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I honestly believe had he not been as dedicated & proactive with all parties involved including both sets of Solicitors that this sale would never been possible. Estate Agents often get a bad press but I cannot praise & thank Damian enough for a superb professional, efficient & friendly service. Thanks also to the Manager John for his contribution & his flexibility with regard to providing a very competitive quote for the sale fee. We completed on the purchase of our property 2 weeks ago. Marcus, was the one involved from start for our hunt for a new home. He is a kind and supportive gentleman, always made sure our queries were forwarded to the seller when needed, answered our questions and kept us informed about the process. He guided us through the process with knowledge and proactive approach. Mariana helped too with some queries.The only reason we haven't given 5 stars is because on the day of completion, Marcus was away and there was a breakdown of communication for arranging the collection of our key. We had a call from our solicitor at 1 pm to inform us that the completion has gone through and we can collect the key from the estate agent. We waited for almost 2hrs for a call from Hawes & Co to come through, we thought we need to give some time in between. This call never came through so we called Hawes and co. and were told that the key is ready to be collected for the past few hours. It's a shame that this happened at the last minute as it could have been a happy ending - rather than ending with some frustration and anxiety.Regardless, we got our key and would recommend Hawes & Co , Marcus, he'll be more than happy to help and make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.

Helped seal the deal again

We bought our last do'er upper from Marcus so it was a great coincidence to see him at the viewing of our soon to be next house. We have ended up with a gem of a house, marketed at a sensible price. Marcus was great at forwarding our correspondence to the seller, arranging extra viewings, answering our Qs and kept communication going through the process. Very smooth transaction. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because when we phoned to get our then current house valuated (back in Sept 2020) whomever answered told us we 'd have to wait two weeks which was a shame.
