Strong tenacity and professionalism from Paul Mannell

This relates to my house sale in Wimbledon during 2021, the transaction being handled by Paul Mannell. There was much interest in the house, but finding the right buyer at the right price took time, and required strong dedication to duty and professionalism from Paul - and also communication skills on our regular Skype calls (I am UK non-resident). I have no hesitation in recommending Hawes and Paul to others.

I can't recommend Michael Gibson at Hawes, Surbiton highly enough. I was overwhelmed when he offered to help me, a complete stranger and not currently a client of Hawes, with an issue I was facing. His expertise, pragmatism and humour were greatly appreciated. He really went over and beyond the call of duty. I'd also like to say thank you to Liana at Hawes, Surbiton who thought to introduce me to Michael when she heard about the issue. Hawes and co are a great and friendly estate agents. Being a first time buyer can be very daunting, but this Estate Agents is the best. Michael Gibson is fantastic! Hawes Estate Agents, Surbiton (we have dealt with the Manager, Greg, and very mainly with Liana Cornock) have been extremely professional, efficient and friendly. Liana, or anyone in her absence, have immediately dealt with our queries, responded to emails and keep us informed of progress. She has made our house buying process as stress free as possible. We dealt with Greg 6 years ago when we sold and purchased properties with Hawes and without knowing I was going to walk into their office he immediately jumped up when I walked in and remembered me and my husband by name. Greg and Liana are a great asset to Hawes.

The singlemost worst company that has…

The singlemost worst company that has ever existed in the world. After 2 months I notice the property was full of mould even my clothes and shoes were getting mouldy, they BROKE THE LAW by not responding to mould issues within 14 days, I went to the branch twice and was ignored and even ushered out of the door. They let other properties in the building to people who stunk the place out with drugs and stole my parcels and I caught them red handed they did not want to listen to any complaints and I was even talked down to my a member of staff when I left. After nearly a month of being ignored by them and with the bullying from residents escalating they were banging on my door and laughing, I was left with no choice but to leave, I have bought all new things like sofa bed, microwave, hoover etc now they say I OWE THEM RENT haha and and are charging me STORAGE because all my belongings are still there,they have ZERO EMPATHY, the sistuation is ENTIRELY THEIR FAULT FOR IGNORING ME. I AM TAKING THEM TO COURT
